It is easy to organize manual test cases in the best way possible. The test run feature allows you to easily run several manual/automated tests for different clients and app versions. It is extremely easy to integrate the zebrunner automation reporting with any exisiting automation scripts, all it requires is a simple config file. The ability to integrate jira with zebrunner has also been a great benefit. As we are going through our maual test cases and marking them as passed/faiiled, we are able to both create and link jira issues directly from zebrunner. **What do you dislike about Zebrunner?** There is nothing we have run into that we have been dissapointed on yet. **What problems is Zebrunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made it very easy to organize and manage our many manual test cases. Organising the tests is simple and the UI doesn't get messy as it happens in other tools. Also, the navigation is great. You can create new test cases very quickly using the quick create button (you'll have to edit them individually after if you need more information in them). I use this very often when i need to cover multiple scenarios on the same feature. **What do you dislike about Zebrunner?** I would like a dark theme. I have experience with other similar tools, hence I`d like to highlight Zebrunner`s benefits here: easy & fast to use, intuitive interface, having all capabilities & features required for me to properly perform QA activities, good customer support with fast releases & ongoing product improvements. I like it and I don`t have much desire to use competitive tools, since Zebrunner covers everything I need for my work **What do you dislike about Zebrunner?** Once I encountered minor issue with test cases clonning (I assume some links inserted in few test cases caused that), but that was never reproduced for me later and not affected my tasks much **What problems is Zebrunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can easily run automated tests withing suites and review their results. UI is simple & intuitive, all required metrics and logs are present for each execution & test, including execution artifacts. So, whenever there is an issue in the product I`m testing, I can simply identify what caused the issue with Zebrunner toolset. I highly recommend Zebrunner, especially for the Carina Framework. It was simple to integrate and link test cases. Also, Zebrunner's user-friendly interface made it simple to do many tasks, such as analyzing test reports, creating launchers, and creating bug issues for Jira directly from the Zebrunner test reports. They also have friendly and quick tech support. Being new to the platform, I chose the wrong version of Zebrunner, and they were fast to help me change it to the version I needed. **What do you dislike about Zebrunner?** Overall, it's a great platform. However, if you plan to import test cases, I recommend reading the documents before doing anything. I wasn't aware of the structure to import test cases for generic CSV, and I had to do some editing.
