"Manuel Pareja review of Zealdocs"
5/5
What do you like best about Zeal?

Template-driven document creation with variable fields and conditional logic.

Integration with CRMs, ERPs, and storage platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Drive).

Audit trail and version control, ensuring legal and compliance integrity.

Secure cloud infrastructure, hosted on AWS or Azure, with role-based access control (RBAC).

API accessibility for custom integrations.

Use natural language processing (NLP) for clause recognition and contract risk analysis.

Technical Pros:

Scalable for enterprise environments.

Reduces manual error via automation and AI-assisted suggestions.

Fast template creation using dynamic inputs.

Good for legal, procurement, and sales teams working across departments.

Moreover, we can consider other than technical ones, such as:

You can create contracts or documents without having to start from scratch every time. It’s like having a smart Google Doc that writes itself.

It remembers the common stuff you use (like company names, clauses, etc.), so it saves a ton of time.

Sharing, signing, and tracking documents is super simple—no more back-and-forth emails.

The interface is clean and modern, not scary like some legal tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeal?

Technical Cons:

Some users noted a learning curve for advanced automation logic.

API documentation could be more robust for developers.

Bulk processing can be slow with very large datasets or unoptimized templates.

User cons can be:

Some users said it takes a bit to figure out the fancy features like automation rules or integrations.

If you’re in a hurry, setup can be a bit much the first time—best to get help from IT or onboarding support.

Mobile experience is decent but not as robust as the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zeal?

Zealdocs has proven to be a useful addition to the customer service toolset of any company. One of the things I really value is the ease with which you can share documents and monitor how customers interact with them. Being able to see when someone opens a file, how much time they spend in each section, and what they interact with most makes our follow-ups much more timely and relevant. The interface is clear and easy to use, which made data entry easier for the team. I also value the great integration with the CRM system, which helps avoid duplication of work and get a clearer picture of customer interactions. Additionally, the support team is very responsive and helpful when we had questions or minor issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeal?

However, there are some areas where Zealdocs could improve. The document CSS options seem a bit limited; if we want to match the look and feel of this brand, but existing tools didn't allow me to do so. Additionally, while analytics are valuable, reporting could be easier. It would be great to have more filters or the ability to drill down into specific customer segments. These aren't issues that prevent me from using the platforms, but they do limit them somewhat in their current form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zeal - Applicant First Impression"
4/5
What do you like best about Zeal?

My impression about Zeal, after watching the video and testing the demo, is that is a very easy-to-use contract management platform. I really liked the option to create quick drafts from predefined templates, which gives the user a very organic and easy way to adapt to the platform even if it's the first time using this kind of tool. Also, the platform has a very intuitive interface, which allows any person to explore and work around it. Another good feature I was able to see was the analytics and reporting tabs, which are always fantastic to have in order to keep improving your work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeal?

I can't say for sure that I disliked something about Zeal only by watching the video and using the demo since it would obviously take time to explore all the functions and capabilities of the system; however, I would probably recommend including a little bit more information on how integrations with other platforms, such as email and other type of communication platforms work since it's a really important part of the contract process. "Great tool to manage contracts"
5/5
What do you like best about Zeal?

The tolls is very easy and intuitive to use, it shows several options where you can find the information you are looking for, i.e.

Zeal allows to create the contracts from scratch effortlessly, using templates to speed up this step. It also allows you to use your own templates, which can be very helpful when using Zeal from the very beginning, by creating documents from the platform using these templates and transferring sensitive information for immediate use, should the need arise.

Once you create the document you can use a kind of work flow to get the approvals required for the document, which keeps the traceability of the document, in case it is needed, and this for several approvers, which is great.

One feature that is important to notice is the folder/binder option, which helps with the organization of documents in a customized way for each user, according to the company's specific needs.

It has several features that enables to preformat some information to use in the contracts, which improves the quality of the document, as well as making the structure of the document standardized, decreasing the errors added to the contracts in general and helping the user to have peace of mind with this tool. What do you dislike about Zeal?

I don't dislike anything, rather I think an improvement that could be introduced is the grammar corrector so any misspelling typo can be avoided. Unless I missed it, and in that case, I have to check again😅😋. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very friendly system"
5/5
What do you like best about Zeal?

I think the best thing about Zeal is how seamless and customer-friendly the infrastructure is, especially for clients who want to embed payroll functionality into their platforms without becoming a compliance pro. As a client really appreciated how easy was to integrate Zeal’s API with internal systems, and how flexible the platform was when adapting to business logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeal?

Zeal’s great if you have devs on hand, but if you’re not technical, good luck. The tools aren’t super friendly for finance or HR folks, and we often had to wait on support or loop in engineers to get basic stuff done. A better UI and faster support would go a long way. "Great platform for collaboration and document management"
5/5
What do you like best about Zeal?

I really like Zeal because it has a very user-friendly interface and allows for collaboration with internal and external teams. One of the features that caught my attention is the Keyword Library, which lets you insert terms into documents and templates for easy customization.

Zeal is a wonderful platform for creating reports and helping teams collaborate through documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeal?

One thing I did not like is that there is not an easily accessible link to tutorials or detailed guides on how to use all the platform's features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zeal Platform Review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zeal?

Overall experience with the Zeal platform was very good. After watching the introduction video and testing the demo it is clear to me that it's a very friendly platform with a lot of useful tools such as reporting or analytics, actually I think those were very cool. Website architecture is very friendly as well which I think is so important for customers. Would love to keep exploring the platform to provide further feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeal?

Actually after watching the video and testing the demo there are no so many cons I found about the platform, maybe after using it further I could provide a constructive feedback as there is always space for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zeal?

What i really like about Zeal is the capacity to generate aprobatory flows, it helps a lot in organizations with poor documentation systems, besides they have an online workspace who avoids to create copies in your pc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeal?

Something who is a bit rare is clause system. But something i would like to have is an excel type document, with son formulas, in order to make calculations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

""Intuitive and user friendly""
4/5
What do you like best about Zeal?

As an Industrial designer that values the user experience, and highly value how easy to understand and use Zeal is. The templates really save time to the user avoid having to create a document from scratch, but still with the option of customising the document adding roles and keywords. Special recognition to the fact that you can schedule a 30 minute demo when they will show your company can take advantage of this interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zeal?

Being intuitive still I believe it requires some base knoledge on this type of documents. Maybe a light version for simpler tasks and beginners would be a good idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
