The platform functionality allows me to track data, organize data, and improve contract creation time. **What do you dislike about Zeal?** Out of the box the solution is a bit of a blank slate. I was able to add features but that in turn caused me to retool internal processes! A lot of work but worth it. **Recommendations to others considering Zeal:** Strongly consider utilizing this tool to get your contract management process in order. **What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Besides better contract management and therefore better compliance, the ability to automate templates will prevent contract deviations. I am not a super savvy tech guy, so some platforms drive me nuts. I find Zeal to be intuitive, easy to use and easy to get others in my company to use too. Also the customer service rocks! You actually get to talk to people. **What do you dislike about Zeal?** The only thing I dislike is sometimes when I upload pdf's the formatting is wonky, but I talk to their customer service all the time and they told me they are working on it. **What problems is Zeal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting contracts created, reviewed and out for signature in no time flat. I no longer have to use like 3 applications to do just one thing.
