We love that our employees have an option to borrow against their upcoming check without having to go through predatory lenders. There is no down side to offering this to our employees. When I signed up as an employer, I tried to get information in advance of our start date so I could give our employees a heads up. No one at Zayzoon was able to give me the satisfactory info I wanted, so I just had to create my own info to send out. We just wanted to give our employees a heads up before they got the welcome email from Zayzoon and that concept seemed foreign to the Zayzoon people I reached out to. The biggest solution is offering employees the opportunity to borrow against their next paycheck at minimal cost without having to go through predatory lending. What I find most helpful about Zayzoon is the flexibility it gives to our employees. It allows them to access a portion of their wages they have already earned when an unexpected expense arises. What do you dislike about ZayZoon? There is not much to dislike, from an employer view, is making sure the employees understand accessing their wages early will reduce their regular paycheck. ZayZoon provides a valuable service to my employees and allows them to get advances on their pay if they need to. It also doesn't require any internal management. ZayZoon does it all. I think the most important thing to remember is that, as an employer, you need to reinforce that ZayZoon does have fees and a specific structure for paying back funds. This feature is particularly valuable as it allows new employees to access funds without causing us the pressure of handling cash advances or denying their requests as we would have in the past. Sometimes I'm not able to support the drivers or there's no number to know what's going on. Maybe once I know how the system works, I'm able to explain to them, but I don't really understand.
