I don't have to update our employee census and any deductions come right out of payroll. Our last system was more manual and there were occasions where deductions were not processed in payroll. Customer Support has been easy and responsive. **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** I have not encountered or heard of any issues. **What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZayZoon helps our caregivers receive their wages quickly. We have two employees who rely on this service consistently. ### 2. The gift cards that add a percentage to what you buy are especially enticing for our employees. **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** There are several steps to go through to get set up. And then using the redeemed gift cards sometimes requires another app and setting up a PIN, etc. It isn't one and done, but it does work. **What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have to worry about employees asking to get paid early. We don't take on any risk that they won't work and we'll lose out on the money. We don't have to enter any data for tracking. ZayZoon takes care of all of it and integrates directly with our payroll. NO cost to us, NO added work for us. BENEFIT to employees. I wish everything worked like this. ### 3. The incentive to purchase the gift cards is pretty cool, too. I also like how hands off it is for the employer after setup. **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** The setup for more than one location was a bit difficult. Also, they still seem new- a lot of mistakes in business names, etc. during initial communications. We changed payroll systems and ZayZoon was offered. It has been really well received by admin and employees alike. People do not need to get approval from managers so there is a discreet nature about it. It gets pulled from the next paycheck with no interest. I am certain it has helped many employees in their times of need. Any company could benefit from using ZayZoon! **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** I like the protections built in so that people cannot withdraw too much. ZayZoon gives access to on-demand pay that employees may need for expenses and budgeting due to unexpected bills, etc. employees are provided information regarding ZayZoon at their new hire orientation and decide if snd when to utilize the service/technology. After Adam showed us the demo, it seemed even more simple and effective. From day 1 of implementation, it has been a seamless process. I am so happy that we get to offer this type of benefit to our employees. I think that it will reduce stress for a lot of them and it seems like the trend on sign-up is still going upward. **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** At this point in time, I have yet to find any downsides to this program. It reports well on our pay statements, accounting has had no issues with it on their end, and it seems to be helping reduce stress on our employees. I suspect it's mainly an ADP issue, as they prefer their own applications. It's a slight pain to have ZayZoon administrators contact you every time there is a minor issue, an example being that they suddenly were unable to pull the money from employee checks for a cycle and indicated that we must have disconnected it... we do not process payroll internally, and it was initially working. It eventually resolved after repeated notes that their tech people needed to communicate with ADP tech people. **What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** None... unfortunately, ZayZoon initiated more problems. ### 40.
