We pay on a bi-weekly schedule, but the team has the ability to go in and pay themselves as needed. This has improved our attrition and attendance rates tremendously. **What do you dislike about ZayZoon?** The only downside is that you must be sure to deactivate the account of employees who quit or are terminated. **What problems is ZayZoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zayzoon allows our employees to pay themselves on demand. We are able to meet a need without the extra headache of having to move to a weekly payroll. This is a benefit that has helped us to decrease attrition and attract more candidates. ### 5. You go to ZayZoon two days before payday to withdraw your funds early, and there is only $20-$50 available to draw. This company holds your money! They charge $5 every time you withdraw money on the ZayZoon website (which is fine - that was understood) I went to close my account because %100 of the money that was deducted from my pay check WAS NOT ready to withdraw. They say there will be NO OTHER FEES after the $5 withdrawal fee When I went to close my account there was almost $90 in other fees that NO ONE COULD EXPLAIN TO ME.
