What do you like best about Zavanta by Comprose?

As an administrator I find Zavanta very user friendly, there are many tools available to me to follow-up, create and track documents through the workflow.

Zavanta allows us to have all our documents in one place, with the current revision available to all our employees worldwide.

The Training Campaigns are very helpful to ensure the employees are aware of the any compliance documents or new revision requires them to read.

Customer Support responds very quickly to resolve any issues we may have. The training that was provided when I became an administrator was excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zavanta by Comprose?

What problems is Zavanta by Comprose solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zavanta ensures our employees have the current revision at all times. The campaign feature in Zavanta allows our administrators to include Read Verify on groups or categories of documents for specific situations. "Great system to organize polices & procedures to maintain compliance for inspection"

What do you like best about Zavanta by Comprose?

Zavanta allows us to show off during inspections. The inspectors see from the outset that anything they might potentially evaluate us on is already accounted for and available to them. Inspections can be so nerve wracking! Zavanta has dramatically shortened our inspection times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zavanta by Comprose solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zavanta empowers me to be everywhere all at once. The automated features allow for amazing time-savings for myself as well as my team so we can be more impactful in the areas that really count. What do you like best about Zavanta by Comprose?

The Comprose support team was super helpful each time we needed them; lightning fast in their response and always pleasant and kind. Plus, the client services hub and recorded webinars are also super helpful and on-demand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
