ZapScaler is a Brazilian platform that puts an AI agent on the WhatsApp of small businesses such as barbershops, beauty salons, clinics, private practices and food delivery. The AI answers customers 24/7 in Portuguese, books, reschedules and cancels appointments on each professional's calendar, sends reminders the day before and six hours before, takes delivery orders with fees by ZIP code, and hands the conversation to a person when the customer asks. The team follows everything in one dashboard with conversations, calendar, customer pipeline and finances. It connects by scanning a QR Code with the WhatsApp Business app the company already uses. Plans from R$ 29.90 to R$ 497 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. Not related to Zscaler.
