What do you like best about Zappyhire?

With Zappyhire most of the processes and pain points in recruiting are automated. Also, Zappyhire has really thought through the scalability of their solution. The focus on automation in alignment with the time one can save in recruitment is worth the money you spend on this product. The customer support is also excellent. What do you dislike about Zappyhire?

There are a few minor bugs from time to time as the product iterations are faster. Most of the time, these bugs are minor or negligible, or you have a workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zappyhire solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Zappyhire as a solution for our clients to recruit through us. Scalability was one of the problems that we were facing, and as we implemented Zappyhire, the tool took care of this problem for us. Most of the recruitment processes were automated. Among many, I am listing out two automation that immensely helped us. The first one would be the robotic interview. It is beneficial when we have a lot of candidates to interview. The system would automatically rate the candidates, and it works well. The second would be the interview slot-fixing algorithm they have. It gives flexibility to both candidate and us (the recruiter) in terms of interview time slot and saves a lot of back-and-forth communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zappyhire?

Zappyhire has made the process of finding and hiring top talent much more efficient and streamlined. They promise end to end automation and actually delivers it.

One of the features I love the most is the ease of candidate screening. With Zappyhire, I have full control over how I configure my recruitment process and can easily shortlist candidates based on their skills and abilities.

In addition to its powerful features, Zappyhire is also an extremely affordable product that comes with premium features. The customer support team has also been incredibly helpful whenever I have had a question or needed assistance. I will recommend Zappyhire without a second thought. I recently started using ZappyHire for my recruitment needs and I have been extremely impressed with their end to end recruitment automation and talent intelligence features. The AI assessments, particularly the integration with HackerEarth, have been a game-changer for me as they have allowed me to efficiently assess and shortlist candidates.

But what really sets ZappyHire apart for me is their customer support. The team has been incredibly responsive and helpful in answering any questions I have had and ensuring a smooth experience. * We earlier managed everything on spreadsheets and Asana. It was inefficient and time-consuming recruitment processes, but now everything is streamlined.

Firstly, I really appreciate the customer success team at Zappyhire. They've been incredibly helpful in getting us up and running and have provided ongoing support as we've continued to use it. The candidate engagement management features have also been really helpful in keeping our candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process without much effort from our side. In terms of cost, the software is very cost-effective and has been a great value for our company.
