It promises to be highly scalable. It provides a one-stop-shop solution for multiple functions as well, such as in relation to design and newsletters. Creating a comparable platform from scratch would have demanded more time and resources dedicated to that. Zapnito also provides continuous support for its platform so that technical issues can be easily addressed. **What do you dislike about Zapnito?** This platform is different from WordPress. There is a learning curve that the platform management involves. Zapnito updates periodically its platform and its features. It would be great to see a faster pace of its development and new management features added. **Recommendations to others considering Zapnito:** This is a great solution for organizations seeking to roll out an expert community as part of their stakeholder engagement strategy. **What problems is Zapnito solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zapnito will help build an expert community dedicated to Open Access topics. This solution enables me to concentrate on community engagement and management without having to be closely involved with the technical side of its operation.
