Received an email from the owner of both Zapmail and ReachInbox (Outbox Labs owns both) stating: "What if I told you we're giving out Google mailboxes at a 50% discount to some of our users? Interested? Book in a call here (Limited slots upto first 50 only) P.s: Being the founder of ReachInbox I can vouch for the exceptional deliverability and open rates of Google Workspace accounts. Best, Alan" After joining the call, the rep stated "this is simply a way of letting people know we offer volumes because the more inboxes you buy, the better the discount". After calling out the rep and her company for this misleading email and clarifying there was in fact no real offer as volume discounting is noted on the website, she attempted to cover their asses by restating it was both a known fact and an offer. Untrustworthy company/companies who used misleading offers to get people on sales calls. **What problems is Zapmail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Would have helped with infrastructure scaling if we decided to move forward with them after the "offer" call. ### 2. I used to manually set up things like SMTP, IMAP, and DNS, but with Zapmail, it's totally different and simple. I just need to add a domain and purchase an email account, and that's how straightforward it is. It's easier than other products I've used before. **What do you dislike about Zapmail?** It should provide an email deliverability sort of tool. Sometimes I feel like I sent 100 emails but few of them are not reached to the destination. **What problems is Zapmail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zapmail makes setting up email infrastructure easy. I no longer have to manually configure SMTP, IMAP, or DNS. I just need to add a domain and purchase an email account, keeping everything simple without switching platforms. ### 3. Plus, everything integrates seamlessly with reachInbox, making it easy to manage and track campaigns. **What do you dislike about Zapmail?** One downside of Zapmail is that it only provides G-Suite mailboxes, and I would love to see support for O365 mailboxes as well. Having O365 included would allow me to utilize the Provider Matching feature for better deliverability, which would greatly enhance my email campaigns. **What problems is Zapmail solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Zapmail primarily for managing my G-Suite email services. But I like to request increase your security and try to build a function for checking harmful links and URLs. **What problems is Zapmail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly, zapmail helps to mitigate the professional email cost for organizations.
