**What do you like best about Zapium?**

The software generates detailed reports and analytics effortlessly, providing us with valuable insights into our sales pipeline, customer behavior, and overall performance. This has been instrumental in making informed business decisions and strategizing for future growth.

**What do you dislike about Zapium?**

I am unable to locate my team on map in real-time, may be Field Circle team needs to work on this.

**What problems is Zapium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the standout features of this CRM is its robust contact management capabilities. We can easily organize and segment our contacts based on various criteria, allowing us to personalize our interactions and tailor our marketing efforts more effectively.
