"Easy to Use, Fast, and Feature-Rich Integrations with Zapier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I appreciate how easy it is to use Zapier. It's very straightforward yet has a lot of features and functionalities at the same time. It integrates very well with different platforms. It works fast and I have never had any issues with it. I only have used the free plan and that has been great for my needs. Support is good too - I have used it one time. The AI they have is also really clever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I wouldn't say there's anything I specifically dislike about Zapier as an offering since it does do what it say it does, although I do wish that the speed in which triggers happen was a little faster to feel more immediate than delayed by minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Efficient, Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I love how easy it is to use Zapier and how intuitive it is to create connections. Additionally, the support is among the best I've found in all the tools on the market. In my daily routine, I connect platforms to send messages, make phone calls, invite to events, and obtain donations, and I can do all of this very easily with Zapier. It really is very intuitive to create a new connectivity, I just write the idea I have and Zapier solves all my problems. Moreover, the ease of use and the chat support during setup have been a great help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I think managing versions every time I draft or edit a Zapier could be a bit simpler because they are saved in different versions and I haven't found the difference or benefit for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Integrations, Testing Needs Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I use Zapier to create workflows that can automate some of my daily tasks. I like how there are a lot of app integrations. I also like the copilot, which helps bridge the gap from what I want to make and actually implementing it, especially with some Java and Python coding knowledge. One zap I use integrates Zoom Workplace and Outlook, which are both apps that I use all day at work. The initial setup of Zapier was pretty easy; I got a link to create my account and set it up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Testing on Zapier is a nightmare. My biggest complaint is the only way to truly test is to publish the draft and then see what breaks. There is no way to get new "test items" when in draft mode. It is actually horrendous to test with. I don't want to use one dummy test item for everything because I am trying to make a workflow that works in a bunch of different instances and edge cases. "Zapier Streamlines Workflows with Powerful, Intuitive Automations"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I really appreciate how it streamlines workflows and seamlessly connects a variety of applications. The platform provides a robust, intuitive interface for building automations, making it easy to set up and manage processes. It has significantly boosted my productivity by reducing the need for manual data transfers between tools. The breadth of available integrations is genuinely impressive. Overall, Zapier has become an indispensable tool for efficient task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Sometimes, unexpected behavior can occur when different applications communicate with one another. Troubleshooting these connections may occasionally take some patience and a bit of technical know-how. Even with these minor hurdles, the efficiency you gain from automating repetitive tasks is often a major advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Build Workflows with a Wide Range of Connectors and Evolving Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

The workflows are very easy to understand and build, the list of connectors covers a wide variety of products and uses, and the number of features and elements, like the agents, are constantly evolving and expanding to meet growing needs and tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

There are some learning curves around some of the more extensive workflows, and I'm concerned that some AI programs may begin to overlap with what Zapier offers, but I'm confident that Zapier will be able to establish a lane that keeps them an effective automation option. "Zapier Saves Us Time by Seamlessly Syncing Donations from Other Platforms to Our CRM"
4/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

As a small nonprofit with limited staff capacity, Zapier saves us a huge amount of time by automatically syncing our Donorbox donations into our CRM, Bloomerang. Once I got it our Zap up and running, it has eliminated a lot of manual data entry while helping keep our records updated. The AI copilot is also super important -- it makes building and troubleshooting the workflows much more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

It is difficult to set up Zaps and doesn't feel as intuitive and user-friendly as I hoped. I am more tech-savvy than my coworkers and I don't think they would have the patience or ability to create them. When something breaks or doesn't automate as it should, it’s not always clear why, and fixing it can feel like something a developer should handle—even with the AI support. I'm also not sure that my Zaps are set-up in the most streamlined and cost-effective way. Additionally, Zapier is on the expensive side for our nonprofit budget, especially for a tool that still requires ongoing oversight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Makes Connecting Zendesk and HubSpot Easy—and AI Helps with Complex Steps"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I like how Zapier allows me to connect different tools within our workspace. I can easily take information from Zendesk and add it to Hubspot Properties, and vice-versa. It was easy to set up a Zap, and the flows are mostly intuitive. Zapier is always one of the first things I check and I do end up using it time and time again to assist with my tasks.

I've also had great success using the AI helper to assist in creating more complex steps, whether that's checking my work, or using the AI by Zapier Step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I would love the opportunity to have additional nested paths. Right now, there's only a maximum of 4 paths that can be nested, and I found myself wanting more for a Zap. I would also love the ability to add additional loops, or to have the ability to return to a previous step, based on a result or condition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation but Pricey"
4/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier essentially replaces manual coordination with systems. Most teams don’t realize how much time is wasted in small, repetitive tasks sending follow-ups, updating sheets, triggering messages. Zapier removes that dependency on humans doing predictable work. In my workflow, it automates bulk SMS via Quo and triggers emails from Google Form submissions. The biggest advantage is speed and zero dependency once it’s set, it just runs. No follow-ups, no misses. What stands out is how non-technical it is. You don’t need engineering support to build something that actually impacts operations. That’s rare. But it’s not perfect. When workflows get slightly complex, debugging becomes messy and visibility drops. You don’t always know what broke until something fails. Also, costs scale quickly as usage increases, which can become a concern for high-volume operations. Still, the trade-off is worth it. It converts operational chaos into systems. And once you start relying on it, going back to manual workflows feels inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Zapier works great for simple automations, but starts breaking down as workflows become more complex. Debugging is not straightforward—you often don’t know what failed until something important is already missed. Pricing is another concern. As usage increases, costs scale quickly, especially for high-volume operations. What starts as a simple automation tool can become expensive over time. There’s also limited control and flexibility in certain integrations. If your use case goes slightly beyond standard workflows, you hit limitations fast and have to find workarounds. Overall, it’s powerful but not always reliable at scale. It solves problems, but also introduces some dependency and cost trade-offs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation, Perfect for Non-Coders"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I use Zapier to connect our Airtable with various other platforms to share files. It's really easy for a non-coder, but technically competent admin to set up and administer. It's just really easy to use. I don't need to pay for a third-party API developer to connect services. I can just use Zapier to connect everything, and it's relatively cost-effective per month. Most things work really well with Zapier, and once it's up and running, it works awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Honestly, most things work really well. Occasionally, Zapier will lose contact with services like Airtable. But that has always been due to something going wrong with Airtable. And it can be a little clunky to set up in the beginning, but once it's up and running, it works awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Zapier Automation That Streamlined Our Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

The best thing about Zapier was the ease in setting up automated system responses to achieve the goal I needed. I could set it and forget it and trust that it was operating correctly in the background. This improved our workflow because we were able to automate something that was done manually prior and took up tons of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The only thing I disliked was the held zaps and plans that didnt quite fit our need for the day to day volume we were getting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
