"Effortless Workflow Automation,"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I love Zapier because it helps us create a flow that works for us, especially when some tools are clunky on their own. I'm able to set up a zap easily once I get the hang of how Zapier works, and their AI feature does a lot of the legwork for me just by describing what I want it to do. The AI tool is usually pretty accurate, requiring only minor tweaking to get things running. I also appreciate that Zapier helps us migrate users into our software from a CSV file, taking a lot of mundane tasks off our plate. Plus, it has been very beneficial in connecting various tools like Stripe, Airtable, and our own software for enhanced data analysis and project creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I find the support from Zapier itself to be a bit lacking. I think it could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless App Integration, But Needs UX Tweaks"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I really like Zapier's ability to seamlessly connect different apps that typically don't integrate with each other, turning disconnected tools into one cohesive and efficient ecosystem. This capability has streamlined workflows for me by eliminating repetitive manual tasks and allowing automation of lead routing, form submissions, CRM updates, and email notifications. It's improved response time and data accuracy, giving me more time for high-impact work rather than administrative tasks. It feels like having an operations assistant running quietly in the background 24/7, removing friction between the tools I rely on daily and ensuring information flows automatically and accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

While Zapier is powerful, the learning curve can be steep, especially when building more complex, multi-step workflows. The interface isn’t always intuitive, and navigating between Zaps, folders, and task histories can feel cluttered at times. Improving the user experience, simplifying advanced setup explanations, and making troubleshooting more visually guided would make it significantly more user-friendly. The initial setup wasn’t overly difficult, but it wasn’t completely intuitive either. I had to spend some time exploring their site and help resources to understand how to properly structure workflows and triggers. Once I understood the logic behind it, it became much smoother, but there was definitely a learning period upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier: Effortless CRM and Ad Platform Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I use Zapier for creating connections between CRM systems like HubSpot and Google Sheets, as well as ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for offline conversions. It's great for automating the process when a lead's status changes to qualified leads and Zapier sends that as offline conversions to Google Ads and other ad platforms. This helps optimize campaigns for Qualified conversion types by sharing valuable lead data securely. Zapier's setup is also pretty easy and step-by-step, making it simple to follow. It integrates with tools like WordPress and Wufoo forms as well. Zapier was the first product we tried for API connections, and it has worked well for us without any complaints so far. "No-Code Automation That Connects Thousands of Apps and Saves Hours"
4/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

The most helpful upside of Zapier is its ability to connect thousands of apps without any coding. I like best how it automates repetitive tasks—like saving email attachments to cloud storage or adding leads to a CRM—saving hours of manual work. The key benefits: no technical skills required, reliable triggers and actions, and the freedom to focus on high-value work instead of data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The main downside of Zapier is that costs can escalate quickly as you increase task volume or add premium apps. For complex workflows, the single-step, linear logic feels limiting compared to coding or more advanced iPaaS tools. Also, debugging errors can be frustrating because you have to manually check task history and sometimes wait for retries. Finally, high-volume or real-time needs often hit rate limits or lag, making it less reliable for time-sensitive operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation, Excellent Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I love using Zapier because it assists in automating tasks related to support processes, which really saves time. It fetches data from Intercom and logs it into Google Sheets, which is a huge help. I also like its use in auditing our support tickets. The user interface is easy to understand and doesn't require technical knowledge to set up Zaps, making the initial setup super easy. Another standout feature is its ability to integrate with almost every helpdesk and AI tool. This extensive integration means we never feel like we need to look for an alternative. Overall, Zapier's ease of use and powerful integrations make it a highly valuable tool for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Nothing, been using it since 2018, no issues at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Makes App Integrations and Automation Effortless"
4/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

What I like best about Zapier is how simple it makes connecting all my apps and automating repetitive tasks without needing technical skills. It saves me a lot of time by handling routine work in the background, like moving data between platforms or sending automatic notifications. The setup is intuitive, and it helps me stay organized while improving efficiency in my daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

What I dislike about Zapier is that some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which can get expensive as automation needs grow. Also, when workflows become more complex, troubleshooting errors can be difficult, especially if you’re not very technical. While the platform is powerful, the pricing and occasional debugging challenges can be frustrating for smaller teams or individual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Advanced Workflows but Needs More Integration Depth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I use Zapier to build workflows in my daily job, and it has made my life easier by automating time-consuming manual tasks. I really like the built-in CoPilot AI because it helps me build fairly advanced workflows and troubleshoot issues, especially with aspects I'm not confident in, like Python code. My Zaps started out basic, but now they are more advanced, and having AI assistance is invaluable since I'm not a coder. CoPilot helps me achieve a level of complexity that I would never manage on my own. Zapier integrates really well with tools like Slack. We chose Zapier due to its many integrations compared to other similar products, and the initial setup was VERY easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Some workflow automations were beyond the scope of Zapier due to certain integrations. I wish CoPilot had been honest at the beginning and advised me that it would never be achievable, instead of persevering for hours in order to get it to work. Majority of my automations and workflows include the Google Workspace, and I would prefer if it had assessed my brief and told me straight up that it wasn't achievable with the current Google Sheets integration level, and to instead build an Apps Script. "Bridged Our Systems, Setup Could Be Simpler"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier is a really great way to connect systems that weren't previously able to speak to each other. It makes a significant impact on the sales team because when people fill out a quote request form on Klaviyo, we need the sales team to quickly pick up that data in intercom and action it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I don't think it's very user friendly for someone like me who isn't hugely tech minded. I find it quite complicated and I had to get a tech person to help me actually set it up. The other thing I find is that whilst I've managed to get it to send an email to a customer who completes a quote request form in Klaviyo, I can't actually do something simple like have a subject title on that email. I find that really clunky, and it doesn't look great at all when it lands with our customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps my team updated with Google Form submissions"
4/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I use Zapier free plan to integrate Google Forms with Slack, so whenever someone submits a form, a message appears in a channel my team uses. It saves me the hassle of checking the form manually and makes sure I see new submissions right away. Setting up the Zap was straightforward. I integrated Google Forms and Slack in Zapier, selected the form and channel and ran a test to make sure the messages appeared in the Slack channel correctly. Once it was set up, the automation worked reliably and I usually check the Slack channel once or twice a day to stay updated. I haven’t needed support often, but when I did, the documentation and community resources were clear and helpful.

The free plan keeps each Zap simple, which makes it predictable and easy to maintain. For my small internal forms, it does exactly what I need without adding extra tools or steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The free plan has some limitations that become noticeable as workflows grow. Each Zap is limited to two steps, so I can’t add extra actions or conditional logic in a single workflow. The monthly task limit also requires me to monitor how many submissions I process. For my current small internal forms, these limits aren’t an issue, but they could become restrictive if the volume of submissions increases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"easy to automate repetitive tasks"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier’s biggest strength is how easy it is to connect thousands of apps and automate workflows with minimal setup. The no-code interface, step-by-step Zap builder, and clear testing process make implementation fast, even for non-technical users. It supports a wide range of triggers and actions, advanced multi-step workflows, and reliable integrations, which makes it useful for daily automation across teams. The platform is stable, frequently updated, and integrates seamlessly with popular tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The main downside is pricing, especially as automation needs scale and task usage increases. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for small businesses. Debugging complex Zaps can also be time-consuming, and real-time automations may occasionally experience delays depending on the integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
