"Straightforward Automation That Clears Admin Tasks Fast"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

It just takes care of the annoying admin tasks that used to pile up on my desk. I don't have a tech background, so I was worried it would be too complicated, but it’s pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. It reliably moves information between apps that normally don’t connect to each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The pricing can be a bit tough to swallow for a small practice. The free tier runs out of monthly tasks sort of quickly, and the jump to the paid plans feels a bit steep when you're really only using it for one or two basic workflows. Also, when a connection randomly breaks, the error notifications can be pretty intimidating and jargon-heavy. As a non-tech person, trying to decipher the troubleshooting logs to figure out why a Zap failed can be more work than I want to take on. Usually, I just have to turn it off and turn it back on again to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Automates Day-to-Day Tasks and Elevates Customer Care"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier does the day to day tasks that I don’t have the capacity to do myself, allowing me to offer a high standard of customer care. This includes communication with my customers before, during, and after their stay. It’s resulted in more happy customers and more 5 star reviews for my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I think I could use the tool to do more workflows, but I’m not very tech savvy and don’t know how to use all the functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integrations and AI-Powered Automations Made Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier integrates seamlessly with most major platforms. Chances are, if there is a software you use, there is a way to automate it using Zapier.

Now, with their AI implementation, it is even easier to create automation workflows efficiently and effectively. The user experience is fantastic, and it is priced fairly for what it does.

You can set up multiple integrations in one sitting, making onboarding a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

At times, it can be difficult to estimate how much you will use a specific flow. This could cause you to go over budget if you don't take careful consideration beforehand. This leaves you in a situation where either you break your workflow or expand your budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier: Amazing Automation Glue That Extends What Your Apps Can Do"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier is amazing. It extends the functionality of some software and is a glue between software so you can expand the functionality and tasks between one or more different products and have it do things that weren't even possible before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The only thing I dislike about Zapier is that all tasks are counted as a zap, regardless of how many steps are in the zap. You may have a zap with 10, 15 steps or a zap with two steps and they're both counted the same way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Bridges and Automates Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I use Zapier for creating integrations and building workflows. It helps me automate repetitive tasks, like moving leads from HubSpot to Salesforce and setting up Slack notifications for MQL to SQL. I like that Zapier acts as a bridge for marketing tools that don't integrate well, and I find it quick and easy to understand and test workflows. The initial setup was very easy and the support was good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I would like the AI chatbots to be more efficient. It would be helpful if AI could build workflows after we give prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier is an automation powerhouse"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

I used Zapier to automate sentiment analysis for different clients by transforming data and moving it into spreadsheets for human interaction. I've automated weekly reports and put together a website that was updated with Zapier events. What I really like is the ability to integrate to pretty much anything. The tools available within Zapier to transform data are great, and it's easy to work with the Zap creator. Zapier made it easier to communicate with the clients' Google suite, mine data from hundreds of thousands of rows to focus only on what's important, reduce manual input, and auto-update Asana with project updates, reassigning next steps to owners. The initial setup was as straightforward as it gets, and it was easy to understand how to create Zaps and use the tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I would have loved more API availability to connect to the company’s developed LLM, which would keep us using it. We had to remove it due to security concerns. Clearly state GDP compliance and ISO best practices, open the ability to connect to private LLMs and not just to direct platforms would allow to scale within my business cases. The only difficult part was connecting it to OpenAI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automations and Integrations, but the UI Has a Steep Learning Curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

What I found most useful about Zapier was it's innate connections to other platforms - especially prior to the adoption of Chat GPT And or Claude. Zapier enabled me to have automatic executive updates curated from one input into Jira Premium that then triggered a slack update for real time conversations. This saved a lot of back and forth in meetings. It helped a lot with manual coordination work.

Zapier also was more technical than other products - it enabled the MCP use prior to make.com and other competitors - and was appealing to al ot of engineers I previously worked with. It isn't however, HIPAA compliant, so I am no longer able touse Zapier without a BAA at my current company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I have never liked Zapier's UI. IT is not intuitive, and for those in a product or less technical mindset - it really was hard to navigate and learn on my own. I even know internal employees at Zapier who claim not to like it. I preferred Make.com - it was much more inviting to non-technical users and was easier to adopt. "Zapier Unifies Our Tech Stack with Reliable, No-Code Automations"
5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

The platform functions like a universal translator for our entire B2B tech stack, with a broad library of native app connections that require absolutely zero custom code. For our operations, the clear standout is the reliability of multi-step Zaps combined with conditional logic paths. That combination lets us build sophisticated automated workflows that don’t just move data from point A to point B, but also filter and transform it according to specific business rules.

Onboarding is extremely intuitive, so team members can start building operational automations within minutes of logging in. From a performance perspective, webhook execution feels virtually instantaneous, which matters a lot when routing urgent local SEO leads or triggering client review alerts. Overall, Zapier helps turn isolated software tools into a unified ecosystem, delivering a strong return on investment by giving us back hours of manual administrative work every single week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The pricing structure escalates rapidly once you cross the threshold from simple, single-step automations into complex, multi-step business workflows. The transactional billing model counts every individual step in a workflow against your monthly task quota. This setup can make the system prohibitively expensive to scale for high-volume data loops, such as real-time tracking of massive regional business profile networks.

While the AI features and conversational copilot are useful for basic logic setups, the intelligence engine occasionally struggles to parse deeply nested or poorly structured JSON payloads from custom webhooks. When this happens, you have to bypass the natural language interface and write custom JavaScript or Python steps to sanitize the data manually.

Additionally, error tracking and debugging within complex, looping paths can be clunky. If a single task fails mid-workflow due to an external API timeout, finding the exact point of failure within the run history takes more time than it should. This occasionally causes data bottlenecks before the error can be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top-Notch No-Code Automation Across Slack, Gmail, Sheets, and HubSpot"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

we can easily connect different apps (like Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot) and automate repetitive tasks between them, without needing to write any code

I used Zapier by replacing Workato and its worth it . its automation work is top notch.

my company asked me to automate our internal mail task assignemnt to redirect to slack as employee job and its working great. Now we mostly use Zapier for app collection and automation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

complex to learn for a beginner , not much resource avaialable to learn about zapier . I think one commuity event in 6 month can bring awareness about Zapier . also it is costly as compared to other automation tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automates Tedious Tasks for Solopreneurs Seamlessly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zapier?

What I love most about Zapier is how widespread it is. Almost every tool I use has a Zapier integration or the ability to do webhooks, which Zapier allows for. This widespread integration capability means I can automate anything across all my tools, which really helps me as a solopreneur. It keeps me from getting overwhelmed by the small minutiae in my business. Additionally, setting up Zapier was extremely easy, further enhancing its usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Sometimes the AI can really help with troubleshooting, but it's hit or miss. I haven't found that it's reliable all the time. So then I have to go into my own chat with you or cloud account and ask the questions that I wish Zapier's AI Copilot could just help with itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
