The AI services are hit and miss. Quite a few of the instructions included steps to push buttons that didn't exist or something else impossible. I had to consult outside instructions along with the AI helper. I'm also not a tech person, I'm just the only FT employee and have to keep all the plates spinning, so I appreciate that the usage of the tool is not completely out of my league, but it could be a little more user friendly for folks like me who can figure it out but don't know the terminology and need more descriptive instructions at each step. Zapier is the missing middleware for the internet. With a few clicks you can get your systems talking together so you don't have to do duplicate data entry, or you can also automate tasks so when a trigger event happens, an action will run automatically. I like that Zapier saves me time during the day. I also really like their webhook function, which has been beneficial for us. Using Zapier for email marketing and integrating website forms to automatically send us the customer's information has been pretty simple and effective. It allows us to not keep looking at submissions by automatically letting us know and integrating them into some type of marketing platform without us having to do anything. Definitely the HTML integration with webhooks. It's definitely a little bit confusing on how to integrate with that. Even with basic integrations, you can do it.
