Slack integration and ease of use, allow easy automation

Sometimes we find that this unfortunately breaks quite easily

We use Zapflow for payment requests and tracking for our software to communicate with our team effectively

Once Zaps are set up, it makes automation a lot easier and saves us a lot of time

When Zaps break it can be hard to fix at times
