The data extract and transformation process, using ZAP Data Hub, has opened up our ability to consume data from a myriad data sources and data source types. It used to be that excel was needed to join the data into a comprehensive data set. With ZAP Data Hub we can set up the pipelines once for all to use. Values are now reported consistently across the organization. The ease of use of the pipeline configurations has meant rapid development without needing to be an expert coder. It had more capability with relative dates, 7 years ago, than some of the "big name" software packages offer today. It may not have as many chart types as some software BI packages have, but it has the ones most often used. Business users initially struggle with some of the core concepts and methods for analysis. This creates quite a high barrier for entry.

I'd like there to be a light licence which allows users to access the portal but only to view. We currently use the product in conjunction with Sage so we can embed reports into Sage X3 dashboards. If we were to extend its use outside of Sage we would need a user interface for access as we don't have a simple location to embed reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ZAP DataHub has the ability to predefine integrations into software, which allows for easy integration and deployment for the end user. No need to be an analytics expert to implement ZAP into your business.
