## Zap Data Hub Reviews
  ### 1. Slick, Fast, and Intuitive BI Tool with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

For me, it is slick, fast, looks good on the eye. Some BI tools can appear complicated and dauting to use even if they are not. ZAP has an excellent user interface both when navigating as a viewer or designing reports or dashboards. I am the finance lead and have created many reports and dashboards with no previous education around databases, data infrastructure. The ZAP team implementation ensured we were ready to create and delve further into our finance data (might I add to a transactional level), I have never had to be concerned with the initial set up which was great and more recently an AI chat bot has been added which I find very useful when needing advice.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

It would be hard to make a negative comment as the software and the team at ZAP always deliver.

Having been a ZAP user for over 6 years, I can say that they listen to feedback and look to implement improvements. Adding ZAP Live with Excel functionality a prime example of this.

One area for improvement would be to allow the data on the web page to be copy pasted into a spreadsheet allowing for those convenient moments where you just need a quick throw-away review.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZAP has given back vital time to the teams that use it. As finance lead it is an essential portal in telling the profitability story of each of our operational and central departments. ZAP is able to be told our company employee hierarchy to ensure everyone has immediate access to the data relevant to them. You can even add further security access to a report or folder. As a business with over 400 profit/cost centres this is vital.

We further see a further benefit in that you have access via phone or tablet/ipad. Not everyone is able to carry around a heavy laptop. An agile business with agile access to data and improved decision making.

As a finance team we are no longer reliant on a network of spreadsheets. For Operations we are no longer clogging up inboxes with huge complex files. ZAP is the access to our data, instantly, even when on the move.

  ### 2. Smiffys II ZAP Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phillip J. | Business Intelligence Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

ZAP Data Hub allows for easy data integration easy by automating the ETL process of data from various sources into a central hub. This reduces manual effort and ensures data consistency.

The platform allows me to build pipelines from Navision tables that will directly feed into Power BI reports via analysis services. It also offers version control and full auditability, making it easy to track changes.

I am also able to benefit from a 24-hour support via Zendesk, ensuring smooth operations and quick issue resolution whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

I’ve had a great experience with ZAP and haven’t encountered anything I’d consider a drawback. There roadmap seems to allways allign with Smiffys II as we look to make the next steps.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables faster and more reliable reporting in Power BI, which in turn leads to better decision-making.

  ### 3. Quick & easy to implement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor G. | Group Information Systems Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

From a Syspro perspective, it is pre-configured which makes implementation a breeze. Our finance and commercial teams use the reports on a daily basis to manage their respective areas. We have also successfully integrated other SQL data sources with relative ease.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

The format and style options on the graphs is limited. Also the fact that there is not a mobile app has forced us to consider Power BI as an additional output.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zap has enabled us to spend less time gathering and collating basic information across our multiple databases. It also helps knowing that this information is consistent and up to date. These single views across multiple databases have ensured that decisions are made using reliable and timely data.

  ### 4. Zap Enabled Finance, HR, and Production Reporting Excellence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David A. | Senior IT Manager, Manufacturing Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

Zap does everything, from the heavy lifting of big data, to intuitive ETL/ELT processes, to intuitive and flexible reporting capabilities. Having these functions all in one place has been essential to our operations. They continue to support us through the process.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

I know that some of the "dislikes" are already in progress, but interoperability with MS Office apps and, eventually, MS Fabric will be very empowering.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zap has helped us surface the large volume of data we have been capturing from our MES system, in production. Similarly, provided powerful integration and consolidation within and between our financial systems.

  ### 5. Zap is a well-designed and user-friendly reporting tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

It's easy to implement. The consultant assigned to us was very supportive, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the process.

The reporting functionality is clean and links seamlessly with ERP. It has saved us a lot of time and manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

While the dashboard looks good, it takes a bit of effort to trace back where certain data are coming from, especially when trying to verify data integrity or troubleshoot discrepancies.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ERP reports are raw data and not ideal for combining forecast and budget. In contrast, the ZAP report enables the creation of user-friendly and visually clear financial reports."

  ### 6. Zap Data Hub is the real deal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

Zap Data Hub makes it easy to create custom reports in Sage 100, enabling us to analyze key sales data much faster and more efficiently. Their consultants make it east to integrate with Sage. I use it more than Sage 100 itself. Customer support is quick to response if any issues arise.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

Minor limitations with exporting larger reports into single Excel file, which I believe they are working on adding.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to create customized statements for our vendors and view complex custom sales reports.

  ### 7. Zap enables us to move faster

I haven't identified anything that I dislike.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into key metrics to inform real-time decision making.

Ease of use and access to real-time data in any dimesion you can imagine, grouped and summarized to give you digestable data with the flexibility to expand out to the line by line detail needed.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

It's not as easy to build out other data sources with the development team when it's no thteir bread and butter SYSPRO/other major ERP partners with out of the box solutions

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of use, automations, intelligence, one source of truth, data integrity

  ### 9. Powerful BI platform

Ability to connect multiple data sources.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

UI is not as intuitive as some of the other platforms

  ### 10. ZAP Data Hub has been key to bringing our BI Program to life

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pamela U. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

The data extract and transformation process, using ZAP Data Hub, has opened up our ability to consume data from a myriad data sources and data source types. It used to be that excel was needed to join the data into a comprehensive data set. With ZAP Data Hub we can set up the pipelines once for all to use. Values are now reported consistently across the organization. The ease of use of the pipeline configurations has meant rapid development without needing to be an expert coder. It had more capability with relative dates, 7 years ago, than some of the "big name" software packages offer today. The organization at ZAP is highly motivated to assist in your success and is engaged.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

It may not have as many chart types as some software BI packages have, but it has the ones most often used. There are so many options, especially with relative dates that it is sometimes difficult to know how best to create reports with complex date relations.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZAP Data Hub has solved our issue with data access and KPI consistency across the organization. Our President just recently said "When I think back 10 years ago and what we had imagined would be capable one day in our BI apps. I can say we have far exceeded that!". ZAP has been the central product in that entire journey. We have more visibility to consistent data than we ever had before.

  ### 11. I highly recommend ZAP from my personal experience, from training, to doing demos of the product.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The user-friendly experience when using the product. The pre-built reports and dashboards. The help and guidance we receive from ZAP. The messaging is clear, which helps us when selling the benefits of ZAP to our prospects.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

I've not personally experienced anything that I dislike when working with ZAP or their product.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

My advise would be that you will be getting a top Data & Analytics tool that will transform the way you do your day to day, monthly and yearly reporting! There is so much it comes with out of the box to get you started. It is user friendly to build reports. It is easy to implement and doesn't take months.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospects reporting problems, being able to connect to multiple data sources regardless of what platform they're on. Automating the scheduling of reports.

  ### 12. ZAP DataHub for SYSPRO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly F. | Sales and Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

ZAP DataHub has the ability to predefine integrations into software, which allows for easy integration and deployment for the end user. No need to be an analytics expert to implement ZAP into your business.
The DataHub allows integration into multiple software platforms and has the ability to create relationships between different datasets so that you can have one view of your company.
ZAP allows for real-time reporting

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

It would be nice to be able to view ZAP on multiple website tabs

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having analytics on top of software allows companies to surface any inadequacies in the business processes to act on timeously and reduce risk.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

At the moment there is none, we are continually improving the solution

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

Pre configured multidimensional and relational database logic is a great benefit, you will be generating reports from a single source and less reports in silos.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Correctly matching tables relationship and also bringing external sources into the model

  ### 14. Pretty Easy and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

Its easy to use
Development time is reduced compared to using our older tools

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

When logging calls, I would prefer if the support teams do a remote session rather than responding via email to resolve the issue, I feel this takes up more time whereas it could be resolved quicker if a remote session is done

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We migrated all the financial reporting over to ZAP and it's stable, users can help themselves and get data based on their needs thanks to the efficient use of dropdowns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

It has pre-built connections and content for AX and Dynamics CRM, which has helped to tackle the complexity of the Financial Dimension tables in AX.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

Not being able to use DAX when connecting PowerBI to the cube

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is in Azure and managed by ZAP. It has removed the dependence for resources with SQL/Azure skills.
It standardises data management and provides one version of truth.

  ### 17. Such a pleasure work with ZAP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamín R. | Especialista en Inteligencia de Negocios, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

There were two big hits, one is the complete Dynamics AX integration, you only need a few days to configure all the reports (views), therefore you can use any of the hundreds of the views and dashboards. Also, there is a very nice feeling to build your own views.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

Maybe, the fact that there is not a desktop version, many times a web based program has some kind of delay when you are trying to design something.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

In order you want a great knowledge of your business, you need an excellent FrontEnd for your ERP. Think ZAP is a powerful non-expensive tool.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now we can easily know the highlights of our business

  ### 18. Love ZAPBI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron B. | Director of Business Analytics, Insurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

Supremely easy to use. You do need some database knowledge to fully leverage the system, but the drag and drop interface is slick, and allows me to provide answers to the business significantly faster than ever before.

The services team is top notch, and working with them is always enlightening. I never miss a tips and tricks monthly session, as they are always relevant, well presented, and give me the opportunity to influence future releases, while maximizing my current deployment.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

The learning curve for basic functions is quick, but the depth of the software is immense. Eventually you start realizing that there's so much to learn, and that last 5% of knowledge is really tough to figure out on your own.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

I truly believe that ZAP is simply the best option on the market. The flexibility and usability of the product is first rate, support is excellent, and the product simply gets better and better with each release.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate like a startup - every day there are new issues and questions. ZAP lets me quickly modify our data warehouse to incorporate new elements, and help the decision makers in my business make wiser choices.

We are at the point where my executive team trusts ZAP completely, knowing that it is the one source of the truth that they can always trust. Excel reports are no longer part of our analysis, because it's simply too easy to modify the numbers. But the data warehouse is solid, clear, and a trusted resource.

  ### 19. ZAP BI - Powerful, Intuitive, and Relevant Business Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin S. | Finance, Packaging and Containers, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

The best part of ZAP BI is how easy it is to build the cube that is used for your business intelligence reporting. You don't even have to be a programmer to be able to easily create and modify the cube data for your reports. Very intuitive software.

The training and user support are also both excellent. Quick response times and excellent explanations are standard.

The user interface is also powerful and very intuitive which allows us to quickly and easily train employees. Many advanced features can be put to use to create a depth of reporting that can't be achieved with convention report-writing software.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

When designing a report in the BI software, there is no undo button. This is not a major problem, but is annoying when report designers are used to having this available in most commonly used software applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

Great product that will save you time and money. Although there are competitors that can offer similarly insightful data/reporting, I don't believe that any do it as easily as ZAP BI.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realized many benefits including advanced insights into customer profitability, production floor performance, and capacity analysis. Financial data is easier to drill through and analyze as well. Always having the important/relevant data in a dashboard in front of users helps us make relevant decisions and recognize potential problems before they happen.

  ### 20. Definitely a learning curve but a great time saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Waylan S. | Accountant Analyst, Food Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

Probably the best thing about ZAP BI is the time saving functionality. We reduced the amount of time spent on our financial statements from about 4 hours running statements from BI-360 to 5 minutes using ZAP BI. There is also a great staff at ZAP that is always there when you need them. I highly recommend using ZAP.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

I have to jog my memory here but I don't think you can put footers into your reports. The report pack functionality is also pretty basic. For example, I have 2 report packs that generate all the individual reports and one that runs a slicer to generate departments. It was advertised that we would be able to build our entire monthly financial statements in ZAP but we just email the reports to ourselves and then build them in Adobe. The other thing that needs improvement would have to be cell calculations. They should turn cell calculations into Excel where you can type formulas into a cell.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

It's great if you have multiple sources of data as ZAP can bring everything together.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We eliminated some statements that were still being manually created in Excel. We are saving tremendous amounts of time.

  ### 21. ZAP is fantastic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan V. | Director of Information Technology, Food & Beverages, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

The ease of use. Yes, like any good product, there is a basic learning curve, but once you are past that, the product is intuitive and powerful. Support is always readily available if needed, whether a basic question or you are dealing with an issue (which is rare). ZAP the product works extremely well and ZAP the people are very easy to work with. Throughout our company, whether a data consumer, report writer, IT staff member, or executive, ZAP is highly regarded and heavily used. I can't imagine not having ZAP.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

It is hard to come up with dislikes, but I would say the lack of a strong user community where beginning to power users can ask each other how to work through a problem, i.e. "how do I do X". ZAP support is always willing to help, but a strong community where users can talk to people just like them, peers, would be very helpful. ZAP has built the foundation for such an online community, but as of now the ZAP end users using it are limited.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

I believe ZAP is a no-brainer. It is easy to work with and so powerful, plus the company is great. The only complaints I hear are those from people that don't use ZAP and say things like "the way the cube is structured doesn't follow best practices" - if it works well, doesn't cause problems, then why does it matter if it doesn't do things the way some "experts" say it should be done. Innovation is about trying to do things better, not the way we were told we had to do it. At the end of the day, all those that are using ZAP are extremely happy with the solution.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are the obvious but intangible benefits of having the right information at the right time resulting in better decisions. This is why we purchased ZAP in the first place. However, we have found a very concrete ROI in reduced headcount - this was not planned, but from natural attrition, we found we didn't need to rehire for some positions, as existing people could take on the additional work load as a direct result of much less time spent pulling information together.

  ### 22. Microsoft Dynamics AX's "Missing Piece"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rich P. | IT Application Manager, Consumer Goods, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

The ease of not just utilizing the baked-in Dynamics AX cube/schema to quickly and easily write everything from basic reports to executive-level dashboards. I also love how easy it is to both modify the built in cube to add additional tables/data sources, but the ease of creating your own purpose-built cubes.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

Really, nothing substantive comes to mind. They are one of the better software vendors I've dealt with over the years. Implementation was very easy, and we were off and running after a short class. We've found them pretty responsive to our issues, not that we've needed much in the way of support after the first few weeks.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

There are other solutions out there such as Targit, but I think Zap is quite a bit more user friendly.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reporting capabilities of most ERP solutions are half baked, at best. You're dealing with SSRS/SSAS at best, or something like AOT trash reports if you're dealing with Dynamics AX 2009. Something like Zap is really a requirement if you have a lot of reporting requirements to satisfy, and minimal staff to turn these reports around.

With Microsoft knifing Management Report/Frx, the need to turn around advanced GL reports is important for us and Zap has been able to fulfill this requirement.

  ### 23. The perfect compliment to Dynamics AX!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron N. | Corporate IT Manager, Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

Best? It's a tie between Cube Express and the consultants. The biggest challenge we have faced w/ AX is reporting and building a custom report in SSRS isn't user friendly nor is it simple to understand the table structure of AX. Cube Express does an amazing job of reading the relationships and having them ready for you when you go to build.

The consultants we have dealt with, from sales, to training, to support have all been excellent. Zap has done a fantastic job of hiring good business analysts who also know how to build/mentor alongside you. I love the fact that when interpreting some of the report requests, they say "ok, but what does that tell you about this data?" That's an important question that should follow each component in your BI instance: why do you need this report or dashboard?

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

We haven't upgraded to the latest instance yet. We were in that "this version just came out" window so we were advised to stick w/ the matured version. In hindsight, I would have liked to have seen some room in our deal where the migration was covered if done w/n X number of months. That's not a deal breaker by any means though.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

Be thorough as well as critical of your "go-live" reports. Do you really need what you are having built or do you think you need it because you had that report in past systems?

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to have a better window into our data issues as well as line up reporting consistent w/ kpi's defined by upper management. We've accomplished all of those. We've also found more automation and streamlining through published reports in our Accounts Payable approval operations.

  ### 24. ZAP Made our Decision on AX.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

ZAP is an outstanding product. Currently (Summer of 2016) we are in the middle of our Go Live implementation and we are rolling out ZAP for Financial, Sales Analysis and Production Reporting. We were a non-SQL shop and having partnered with ZAP has helped us over that hump in our Go Live process. And while technically ZAP is outstanding as a product, their people are even more so. Truly was the most productive ISV relationship we have had in implementation.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

The lack of time to play around and enjoy working with the Product is the ONLY negative I have so far.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Native reporting would have been a beast for Go Live with the resources we had available. ZAP allowed us to cost effectively roll the F/S out day one. Also, "dashboards" is a buzz word often used on the C-level but how to implement useful information. We are preparing an index of stock dashboards as well as several highly customized dashboards related to our business processes to present to the C-Level as well as line managers much much sooner than we had hoped.

  ### 25. Implemented this solution twice in two different companies with excellent results both times.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

The product is "AOT Aware". Huge time savings when it comes to upgrades or updates to AX and having the schema available for use in the cube.

Second biggest advantage is ability for "non-IT" folks to quickly begin developing and deploying reports for consumption

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

Some of the nuances that many users are familiar with in tools like Excel, easy filtering, subtotaling, grouping etc - are more difficult to implement within analysis reports.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

Don't expect the BI tool to be your silver bullet - the value you derive from the product will be in how well you define the critical success factors for your implementation project.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving everything from margin analysis on products/customers we sell to and vendors we buy from to production cost variance and production output analysis. Fundamentally we can unlock the data locked in our AX system and make it actionable.

  ### 26. Zap BI - a great user friendly BI for the report developer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill B. | Data Management Department Manager, Consumer Goods, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

I like the user interface. It is easy to understand and navigating the menus is intuitive. For a user of Microsoft Excel it will have a very familiar feel. Once the connections to the cubes were made and relationships were built between the cubes, ZAP allowed us to use data from multiple databases to build reports, where we previously unable.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

There isn't much to dislike about this program. I look forward to learning more about the features available.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this tool to develop reports for our S&OP process. With these reports, we have been able to make more strategic business decisions as well as stream line our supply chain in order to improve our customer service metrics.

  ### 27. Great User Friend Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roger S. | Chief Information Officer, Medical Practice, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

Very easy to navigate for my end users. Creating Cubes extremely easy. Deploying Reports even easier.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

Not Much. Very configurable for my data.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

Do not hesitate with this tool. It is great from Novice to Expert.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizing a tool like ZAP BI allows me to keep my Data and BI Team very lean. I am not having to hire as many resources to tap into my dozens of data sources. I have also reduced my server count by utilizing ZAP's Cube engine.

I have also distributed the reports with Filtering, Sorting and Slicing capabilities to my user base and they have loved it.

Due to the capabilities and user friendliness, we are also using ZAP for our transactional reporting and moving away from packaged product reporting which sometimes can be not-intuitive. We currently have over 8 packaged products with their own packaged reporting. Utilizing ZAP, we can leverage a similar interface for the users reducing the learning curve significantly to get access to data.

  ### 28. Very useful tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2016

**What do you like best about Zap Data Hub?**

The interface is very easy to use. Able to analyze data multiple ways using the filters and slicers. Helps us on a daily basis to reconcile our sales by region.

**What do you dislike about Zap Data Hub?**

The interface is sometimes slow. The query writing is sometimes not user friendly. Have to generate some reports through trial and error.

**Recommendations to others considering Zap Data Hub:**

Very helpful tool once the interfaces and queries are created.

**What problems is Zap Data Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analyzing Sales on a daily and monthly basis. Very easy to use once the interfaces and queries are created.
