"A stress relieving gadget "

What do you like best about Zap Accounting?

I love how easy it is to learn on how to use the app as the instructions are pretty simple and clear for all users. It made the finance issues within the business much easier to get done, what I love the most however is the continuous updates on the app every while, as most of the time these updates are usually helpful to us as customers. What do you dislike about Zap Accounting?

There are a few problems with integration and some bugs that slow down the app. Also it would be great if i'm able to customize my own preferences in the app. The website is works fine but sometimes it's unsufficient. Also the support team is not always supportive and answering the questions we have in case we have a bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Improve customer support.

What problems is Zap Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using Zap accounting we did not have a track of every penny that enters and leaves the business, however Zap Accounting was able to give us easy access on entering all the financial transactions that happen inside the business, this helps us to see where the business is going at the end of each week, month and year. "Your ideal open source software for accounting work"

What do you like best about Zap Accounting?

It is an open source software, based on a cloud service with a spreadsheet design with which you can keep your accounts without problems. It has audiovisual support to perform the installation, the functions are flexible and easy to use, they adapt perfectly to the accounting of your company, you can carry all the accounting details such as the statements of income, monthly income statement and balance sheet, it integrates very well with Google Drive through Google Sheets, since the design of the templates are based on the latter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zap Accounting?

It does not have functions of invoicing module Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zap Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is always an advantage to work with open source software and in institutions administered by the government it is common for teams to work with open source software, and the cost of the license is relatively cheap since it is done in a single payment, this has allowed to acquire and use it with all its benefits and keep our accounts up to date and pay our taxes on the indicated date Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
