"Seamless Transition and Outstanding Support with Zanda"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

Switching to Zanda has been one of the best business decisions I’ve made. Their service was exceptional from start to finish — professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. They made the transition from my previous practice management software remarkably smooth, even with the large amount of data that needed to be transferred. The process was seamless, and within a month I was operating as if I’d always used Zanda. The Zanda Academy was also an invaluable resource for getting up to speed quickly. I couldn’t recommend them more highly — they’ve made managing my practice simpler, faster, and more enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Customisation & Great Support, But Needs More Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I love how easy it is to customise forms and communication templates within Zanda. The setup process is straightforward and they are always improving their features with a clear roadmap. Every time I have had an issue that I couldn't figure out with their knowledge base, the customer service team have been responsive, friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

The lack of automations at the moment is a downfall (such as for payments and rebates), but they are always updating things.

When they introduced their pre-built screening tools, this was a big plus BUT a giant downfall of this is having to score these tools manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Maddee, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and positive review, and for highlighting how Zanda is making your day easier across the various allied health clinics you support!

We are truly delighted to hear that you find the customization of our forms and communication templates easy and that our setup process has been straightforward. Knowing that our customer success team has been responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever you've needed a hand is the highest praise we can receive.

We also deeply appreciate your honest feedback regarding areas for improvement. Regarding automations for payments and rebates, we'd love to hear more from you to learn about your needs and recommend how to best adopt existing Zanda features for automating payments and rebates workflows and how we could enhance them. Please reach out to support@zandahealth.com to book a support call.

I'm also excited to confirm that we are actively developing and testing a new automated form scoring feature right now. This highly anticipated update is designed specifically to process submitted forms automatically, quantify client outcomes, and track progress over time, completely eliminating the manual effort you described.

Your insights, especially as a power user across multiple allied health settings, are invaluable as they help shape our roadmap. Thank you again for choosing Zanda and for being a key part of our community. Warm regards, Irina

Honestly, there’s a lot Zanda can do, which some new users might think feels like a lot at first. "I wouldn't use anything else"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I've been using Zanda for some time now, and it's an incredibly logical and user-friendly system. One of the standout features for me is how seamlessly it integrates with Medicare, being able to lodge rebate claims directly through the system is a huge time-saver.

The support team at Zanda is excellent – responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I also really appreciate how the Zanda team is constantly improving the platform, keeping up with technological changes, and offering genuinely useful webinars to help users get the most out of the system.

Zanda has become an essential part of my workflow and I wouldn’t use anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

While there are a few minor irritants (like not being able to switch off Americanised spelling in communication templates), these are small issues in an otherwise fantastic product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Gillian, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear Zanda has become an essential part of your workflow and that our Medicare integration and support team are making a real difference for you. Thank you for sharing your experience with the spelling in communication templates — browser spell-checkers can sometimes influence this too, so it could be worth checking those settings. And please, don't hesitate to reach out to our support crew, we'll be happy to help. Thanks for being part of the Zanda community!

Great practice management software: it streamlines my online booking process, automates the intake form process, provides a great note-taking experience (via their private and secure BuzzyAI tool) and their support team has provided consistently helpful responses. Not keen on the file system but have lodged a request to change in the future and it is still pretty easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Management for Our Telehealth Clinic"
5/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I find Zanda incredibly useful as a practice management software because it consolidates all our essential functions like client files, schedules, and payments into one place, making administration much more organized. From the clients' perspective, the organized administration is equally beneficial. I appreciate the convenience of sending clients forms, email templates, receipts after sending payments, and appointment schedules through Zanda. This integration eliminates the need for other software like Xero or separate calendar apps, and lets us manage everything via Zanda instead of using Gmail for communication. Sending client forms through Zanda has been extremely handy, allowing us to cancel our Adobe Pro subscription. The email templates feature is valuable as it organizes all client communications under Communication Activity, making it easier than searching through Gmail. The ability to send receipts through Zanda/Stripe is crucial for our telehealth clinic, enabling us to send payment confirmations effortlessly. The dynamic 'upcoming appointments' field within email templates is a standout feature, as it simplifies the process for clients who frequently request appointment lists, saving time for our admin team. Switching from CorePlus to Zanda was the best decision we've made because Zanda is simpler, more user-friendly, and functional—far superior to our previous software. The setup wizard was efficient and intuitive, ensuring we didn't overlook anything crucial during the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I have a few things to mention about Zanda that I'd love improved. First, the option to make the sender name and sender email the same for all email templates is missing. When adding services into Zanda, it would be great if it was linked to the Medicare / DVA / WorkCover database, similar to how Halaxy does, so that we can search for fees and add them into the system without manually searching the codes elsewhere. Lastly, while there is an 'invoices' sub-section in the billing section on a client's profile, it would be incredibly useful if there was a 'claims' section too. This way, we wouldn't need to open every single invoice to check which ones have rebates received for, allowing us to see these at a glance similar to how the invoices section appears. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Paul, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience with Zanda! We're thrilled to hear that switching from CorePlus has been such a positive decision for your telehealth clinic.

It's wonderful to know that our all-in-one approach is streamlining your operations—from eliminating your Adobe Pro subscription to centralizing client communications and making your admin team's life easier with features like the dynamic 'upcoming appointments' field. Hearing that our setup wizard helped you get started smoothly means a lot to our team.

We really appreciate you highlighting the specific areas where you'd like to see improvements, including consistent sender details across email templates , integration with Medicare/DVA/WorkCover databases, and a dedicated 'claims' section in billing. We'll make sure to pass the to your product team for review. Your insights are incredibly valuable as we continue developing Zanda.

We're grateful to have you as part of the Zanda community, and if there's anything we can do to support your clinic in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out! Warm regards, Irina

"Excellent customer service, robust EHR. Could use some simple minor tweaks to boost experience."
4/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

The customer service is fantastic - timely, polite, and quickly helpful. Real human is easy to get if AI chat can't help you. The data migration team makes it easy to get your old records over to Zanda.

The features are SO robust. I am at the starter plan, and I have more than everything I need for under half the price of my last EHR (which did NOT have everything I need). Zanda is not quite as simple to use as my last one (which was literally named after its simplicity), but that's because there is so much more to use. I love all the features that are available to me on the "starter" plan, which were not available on the lowest plan of my last EHR, which had fewer features for more than twice the price.

I love the ability to add different tags to a client's file.

I love all the colors that I can use to make my calendar easy to read.

I really do love almost everything about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

I only have two real "dislikes" (see below). But I think there are a few small tweaks they could make that would make a big difference in performance.

1) Some of the things on the calendar/dashboard/homepage display could be optional, and if users could drop them from that main page display, the overall look would be simplified.

2) Be prepared to spend time setting up client paperwork in the "forms" feature. This is not easy/intuitive, and the formatting options could be a lot better.

3) Be prepared to spend time learning how to use it. This isn't a dislike at all, because it does reflect the fact that there are so many features.

4) Now that I'm actually using Zanda as opposed to setting it up (learning all the features, setting up the forms), probably one real "dislike" I have is that you can send clients emails from within Zanda, but any reply they make will come to your external email. So you have to find a way to copy the client's reply into their file, and that is certainly not a quick process (I have to print the email to PDF, and then drop it as a "File" into their record... when all along the outgoing email is sitting in the "correspondence" section of their file).

5) The other "dislike" I have is that when the Zanda calendar imports into my OUtlook calendar (which is very helpful), the client names are not deidentified (not helpful). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Irina Shvetsova of Zanda (formerly Power Diary)

Hi Aliya, thank you so much for such a detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve had a great experience with our customer service team and that the Starter plan has given you all the features you need at such a good value. It’s also wonderful to know you’re making the most of features like tags and calendar color coding to streamline your workflow.

We really appreciate your thoughtful feedback on where we can improve. The points you’ve raised around calendar and dashboard customization, form setup, client email replies, and Outlook calendar display are all valuable insights. We'll make sure to pass them on to our product team.

It’s great to hear that overall you’re finding Zanda a robust and affordable solution for your practice, and we’ll continue working to make it even simpler and more intuitive over time. Thanks again for sharing your experience—we’re so glad to have you with us!

Warm regards, Irina

"Meeting my business where it's at"
4/5
What do you like best about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

It is pretty intuitive and user-friendly and there is ample support if issues arise. I use it mainly as a tele-health platform and to be able to bill my self-pay services. Even though I'm not using every bell and whistle that it offers it is still cost-effective for me and meeting my business where it's at, as I'm a one-woman show! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zanda (formerly Power Diary)?

It took me some extra effort to navigate the process of billing utilizing Stripe, to get it all set up but that would have been true with any platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
