I like the ability to color code appointment types, which helps us manage different referral types like DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, private referrals, and Mental Health Care Plans. The color coding allows us to see at a glance the type of referral and distinguish between consultations such as school meetings or parent sessions for the pediatric population. It's also easy to manage Mental Health Care Plans and referrals with session packs. I appreciate the online registration and consent forms, which have eased the tiresome paper trail and are appreciated by clients who can complete forms on their phone or device. The online registration forms have made setting up new clients easier and more timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if clients could automatically be sent a reminder when they are up to their last consultation of their Mental Health Care Plan. We have to manually enter the clinician's email - it would be easier if there was a drop-down option here. Also, when sending emails from Zanda, it is frustrating that we can not enter an occasional email. I recently had to email a letter to a school counselor (as a one-off), but there is no easy way to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Amy, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re so pleased to hear Zanda is helping your psychology practice manage referrals, appointment types, Mental Health Care Plans, session packs, and online registration forms more smoothly.
It’s great to know the color coding and online forms are helping your team reduce paperwork and make new client setup easier for both staff and clients.
We also really appreciate your feedback about Mental Health Care Plan reminders, clinician email selection, and sending one-off emails to occasional contacts, such as school counselors. We’ll share them with our product team as we continue improving how practices manage communication and client care in Zanda.
Thanks again for taking the time to share what’s working well and where we can make the experience even better. Warm regards, Irina.
