Being able to upload a file, choose the required format, and download the result in a few steps makes it convenient for occasional work. It supports a good range of formats, which is helpful when different clients or applications require different file types. **What do you dislike about Zamzar?** The overall experience is smooth, but larger files can take a little longer to process. I also think increasing the free file size limit would make it more useful for people who work with high-quality documents or media. **What problems is Zamzar solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mostly use Zamzar when I receive files in formats that my software doesn't support. Instead of looking for separate conversion tools, I can quickly convert them into a compatible format and continue working. The fact that simple conversions don't require creating an account makes the process even faster for occasional tasks. ### 2. It's all drag-and-drop, and my job is done. I can convert MP4s to GIFs and PDFs to DOC using Zamzar. Being able to edit the GIF before finalizing is the best feature, IMO! **What do you dislike about Zamzar?** I haven't found any major shortcomings in this platform. I have always been able to get what I want pretty quickly, be it by converting video files or word documents. **What problems is Zamzar solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a writer, I have to work on explainer/how-to articles that need me to record the application interface. Converting video files into GIFs isn't a feature most of these video screen recordings offer. Zamzar helps me do that precisely. ### 3.
