Their customer service is second-to-none. They respond quickly, are personable, and domestically based. I appreciate their care and attention to detail. We used to be with "the big competitor" in the space, and they were awful, with terrible responsiveness and unhelpful customer support. It was the best switch my company could have made.

Their onboarding team worked on my behalf to assist us. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about them. They cleaned up the mess my last bookkeeper left, and they worked after hours to help.

Integrating with Zamp was as straightforward as the competition. Additionally, I actually prefer their Quickbooks integration as the sales tax for Quickbooks invoices is calculated on the "sales tax" line and not a line in the invoice (as done by their competition).

Their pricing is fair as well.

Their platform is still growing, so there might be a few rough edges, but honestly, nothing worth fretting over. If there are rough edges, the team will assist manually. It has not been a problem for us at all.

They do ratchet the speed of their API, but you would be needing to do hundreds of transactions a minute to run into issues.
