I trusted her analysis and we onboarded. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and competency of Zamp. Everything went smoothly. Registrations, filings, accounting. Then I sold my business. It was time for me to de-register all the accounts that had been created by Zamp. The process seemed difficult as each state had a different system and all the logon 2FA emails were going back to Zamp. I called the published number. I did not wait and was not put on hold. I was connected to an excellent technician who walked me through the process, state by state. It was a long call, and she was never in a hurry. We deregistered all but one of the accounts. The next day I got an email confirmation that she had gone ahead and figured out the last state de-registration. This was not service to GET my business. This was service to help me END my use of Zamp. (Luckily for Zamp, the new owners signed on because of our recommendation!). I'd rate them 11 out of 10. Rarely have I seen this level of service from a SaaS provider. Bravo! **What do you dislike about Zamp?** We didn’t see any real downside. They have spoken to me many times and it is not hard to get in touch with customer care at ZAMP. Their pricing is extremely fair. Sales tax compliance was getting VERY expensive and for my business and I needed to find a better solution. I was sick of calling and sick of never getting calls back from my previous sales tax automation provider. And to add insult to injury the previous sales tax automation provider went up on rates almost double. This is when I found ZAMP. I can honestly say they saved me tons of stress and the video meetings helped establish a good relationship. The onboarding experience was pretty great and implementation of adding different sales tax agencies was super easy. They have made business personable again! YEAH FOR ZAMP! They respond quickly, are personable, and domestically based. I appreciate their care and attention to detail. We used to be with "the big competitor" in the space, and they were awful, with terrible responsiveness and unhelpful customer support. It was the best switch my company could have made. Their onboarding team worked on my behalf to assist us. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about them. They cleaned up the mess my last bookkeeper left, and they worked after hours to help. Integrating with Zamp was as straightforward as the competition. Additionally, I actually prefer their Quickbooks integration as the sales tax for Quickbooks invoices is calculated on the "sales tax" line and not a line in the invoice (as done by their competition). Their pricing is fair as well. SWITCH from the "big guys" to them. You will not regret it. **What do you dislike about Zamp?** Their platform is still growing, so there might be a few rough edges, but honestly, nothing worth fretting over. If there are rough edges, the team will assist manually. It has not been a problem for us at all. They do ratchet the speed of their API, but you would be needing to do hundreds of transactions a minute to run into issues. Please note: they do not support SST. We had to move from SST to "traditional" sales tax to use Zamp. **What problems is Zamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zamp's tax compliance package does just what I need, and when combined with their amazing support, you simply cannot beat them. They do everything companies that are much larger do, but provide better pricing and exceptional service. ### 12.
