What do you like best about Zakeke?

What I like best is the user-friendliness, both on the customer's side and in the backend. Compared to other apps I have tested, everything was very self-explanatory. Also, compared to other apps, this app allows a lot of design freedom/flexibility on the customer's side and is still self-explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zakeke?

From the moment I started using Zakeke, I was really impressed with its sleek and intuitive interface. I found that the 3D product customization tool was a standout feature, allowing our customers to see a live preview of their customizations from every angle. This has significantly improved the shopping experience on our online store. Additionally, I love that Zakeke integrates seamlessly with a variety of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento. What do you dislike about Zakeke?

While Zakeke is a powerful tool, it does come with a bit of a learning curve. It took me some time to fully understand all the features and how to use them effectively. I also think the pricing could be more flexible, especially for smaller businesses. I'd appreciate it if there were more pricing tiers or options to choose from. Finally, I've had a few minor issues with the speed of the 3D preview tool. While it's an excellent feature, it can sometimes take a bit longer to load, especially with complex designs or when the website traffic is high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
