Zaidesk is a customer support platform for SMB support teams that handle customer requests by email and chat. It is used by SaaS, ecommerce, and online-service companies. AI features Every plan includes two AI tools: AI Copilot: drafts replies, adjusts tone, summarizes ticket threads, and corrects grammar. AI Chatbot: answers customer questions using the knowledge base and transfers the conversation to a human agent when needed. Each plan includes a monthly AI Copilot credit allowance per agent and a shared AI Chatbot credit pool. Additional credits can be purchased.
