Zafra Cloud is a cloud-based ERP built for small and medium-sized businesses in Honduras and Central America. It brings invoicing, inventory, purchasing, accounting, payroll/HR and reporting together in one platform, so SMEs can stop juggling spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Zafra Cloud is designed around local requirements. Payroll handles Honduran labor obligations such as IHSS, RAP and the 13th and 14th month salaries (décimos). Accounting and invoicing follow local business practices, and everything is in Latin American Spanish with HNL as the default currency. Key features: Invoicing & POS: issue invoices from the web app or the mobile app (iOS and Android), and run multiple points of sale Inventory & Purchasing: track stock, items and suppliers in real time Accounting: journal entries, financial statements and multi-entity visibility Payroll & HR: employee management with built-in Honduran labor compliance Reports: dashboards and reports to support decisions Every plan includes local support and access to Zafra Academia, a free training platform with step-by-step courses so teams can get up and running quickly. Zafra Cloud is developed by New Technology, S.A., based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
