Zabbix offers deep flexibility in infrastructure monitoring. We’ve used it extensively to monitor Linux and Windows servers, network devices, applications, and custom scripts. Its support for SNMP, agent-based, and agentless monitoring gives us wide coverage. The templating system is powerful — you can clone, modify, or create your own templates for complex setups. The built-in alerting and notification logic is robust, and with a bit of scripting, Zabbix can even handle self-healing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI, while functional, feels outdated and not very intuitive for newcomers. Setting up advanced dashboards or integrating third-party data sources (like cloud metrics from AWS or Azure) often requires additional customization or external scripts. The learning curve can be steep if you're aiming for a fully automated and custom-monitored environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
