What do you like best about Zaakpay?

Mobikwik started off in the intensely competitive payment gateway industry in india. Along with smooth integration with Credit Cards, Debit cards & internet banking, it not only provides UPI based payments but also has its own wallet which can be redeemed during any transactions but with a capping. What do you dislike about Zaakpay?

Unlike other payment gateway business model of cashback, mobikwik has gone rigid in terms of instant gratification and had only mobikwik cash which has a capping of redemption of xx% which really limits users and does not really work as a loyalty factor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zaakpay:

Please flow along with market and customer requirements . Else it is very difficult to stay competitive in this fiercly competitive digital payment industry which has bloomed to new heights after demonitization in india in 2016.

I would love to be associated with Mobikwik once again in future for my business requirements if it solves the purpose and offers better edge than the ones currently in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used it for my regular payments at stores nearby. Earlier where i used cash for all petty transaction, mobikwik helped me digitize these payments, earn rewards and also keep a track of my transactions.
