You can find a lot of deals or "leads" in the place (depending on the place you are). This could be said that is some sort of "facebook" for home sellers or buyers looking to connect in a network of realtors. Is significantly cheaper than other alternatives on the market. Nice for newbies looking to sell or buy quick and easy, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The data doesn't refresh as often as you would expect, when finding many leads you'll soon find out that most than half are dead leads, this is also a problem of the data not refreshing as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This it's a great place where you can commercialize, the best of all its that it keeps updating, so every time you log in you can find new information. It's very simple, but very rich, so anyone can use it.. Also offers the possibility to compare, you can also find good discounts on prices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As well as others, you need a few improvements for better performance, but nothing special . Search panels can be better developed but offer no greater difficulty. Besides that, it is well known for being in constant renewal, but not with the consistency that one would expect , takes longer than an hour to refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consistently we have received leads from this vendor that have resulted in closed transactions. Better than other lead sources we've tried Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We wish we had more of them! We'd like to see more Buyer leads, there was a test program for that last year and we did get a couple deals from it. The only other thing to note is that with the way they source the business for us the prospects aren't aware of who ZBuyer is. You have to tailor your calls accordingly, which we've been able to do. You can find fantastics leads that don't show anywhere else. Better than other similar sites than don't offer half of what Z Buyer offers, easy to use, and easy to get in contact with other vendors, All together Z Buyer is a amazing tool both for Home Seller or agents or brokers. All though is true that you can find a lot of leads, many of them end up being fake, this is a big problem. Also the update interval is not specified anywhere so you don't know if the leads you're looking at are fresh or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Z-buyer is likely the best lead generation site out there. The leads can sometimes be all over the board, but at the affordable price point, you shouldn't expect much more as far as filtering the leads.
If you like to call sellers and follow up with them, it is a great tool - granted - not every lead that you receive is going to work out, but as a whole it is a great way to get new business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the agent will receive inaccurate info ( incorrect phone # - etc.) and it can make communication a little bit complicated, but otherwise the experience is positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Z-buyer is probably the best lead generation site out there. The leads are all over the board but then again for $120 a mo, what do you expect, someone else to filter them?
I get about 40+ leads a mo. Now they have started adding buyer leads as well, awesome. So you pay $1440 a yr for the service, get about 500 leads a year. let's say you really are bad at Real Estate so out of 500 you get only 1/5th of 1% to buy or sell.....1 sale in 12 months.
Lets say that sale was only $150,000 and your commission $4000. In 12 months you invested $1440.00 and turned it into $4000.00. That is a 36% return on your investment for ONE SALE! Try that in the stock market. Time spent calling leads, well at about 1.25 leads a day, maybe 5 minutes a day, unless they are good.
Now imagine your sales skills are ok and you sell to or for 3% of the leads.....15 sales...you do the math.
The reason people do not succeed is not the program, it is the lack of action, daily, regular, consistent action. if you do the work, anything will work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well the only dislike I have about Z Buyer that sometimes some of the leads end up being fake which a problem in a sense.

I like that it's an automated lead capture! Most people today don't want to be on the phone, so capturing information online is ideal! We have been using this product for the past 6 months and truly enjoy it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to capture specifics. We need specifics in markets and it doesn't always grab that info. I'm sure it's something they are improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ZBuyer has inaccurate information on their website regarding properties. My personal cell phone number is listed as a contact number and must be removed immediately. I am on my 4th attempt to resolve this unpleasant issue as I continue to receive phone calls regarding the property.
When I asked where the unpleasant lady was calling from, she hung up. When I called the number back, it was the ZBuyer business/scam. The receptionist worked with someone to take my number off the listing on the ZBuyer.com site and said it was done. When I asked to be sent a screenshot as proof of confirmation, she replied that she couldn't because she didn't know how. Sixth graders are able to understand how to screenshot on a personal computer and ZBuyers trained can't? This just solidifies my doubt in ZBuyer being a legitimate company. I'm worked in the real estate/mortgage business for years. We all know how hard it is to get good leads. Z buyer mobile app is the best on the go leads tool I've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like any lead service, you get some good ones and some bad ones... nothing much to dislike you know what you are getting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
