This benefits us as there are certain crunch points throughout the year in which our full time team are at full capacity. Not only can they explain and solve problems quickly but are informed on any queries and open to improving the service constantly, open to discussions about contract clauses and helping to make our lives more painless in the hiring in process. When you've got lots of freelancers on the books, and are constantly making new hires, it can be a laborious process but Yuno Juno reduces the stress significatly. **What do you dislike about YunoJuno?** Honestly can't think of very much at all - I'd say it would be good to be able to have them on our teams so that we can message them easier than email but that is our problem not theirs. **What problems is YunoJuno solving and how is that benefiting you?** making everything way quicker for us and making the boring financy process easier. It allows me to present myself to clients I wouldn't otherwise be as visible to. The majority of clients posting briefs are reputable companies usually offering market rates, and respect the trade. Billing is straight forward, contracts all sorted which makes the whole process of bookings less stressful. YunoJuno also support the freelance community in various ways which is great bonus, makes it all feel more human, and not just a portal. **What do you dislike about YunoJuno?** Although YunoJuno advise clients of average day rates, there are some briefs that come through that have too far below going rates. But I guess there always will be! Also understanding how many other briefs they are currently working on, or if they have a full-time job outside of the platform is a challenge. I have hired people for briefs that needed their resource for a few days per week at least and then found out they had full-time jobs outside of YunoJuno which isn't ideal. **What problems is YunoJuno solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding freelancers to work on task related briefs in marketing. Finding skilled workers to support on specific tasks like copywriting, photography or content creation is really useful. YunoJuno gets rid of this problem because they handle the payment between parties and make it very clear what the payroll status of the contract is. This means the hardwork is already done and you can focus on answering briefs that match what you're looking for. For someone who cares about IR35 I like that YunoJuno makes the relationship between client and freelancer easier to manage by adding structure around contracts and invoicing. YunoJuno is so simple to use and I've never had an issue with being paid. **What do you dislike about YunoJuno?** There isn't much to dislike about YunoJuno. Sometimes I wish there were more briefs available, but this is getting better as more and more people are using YunoJuno. **What problems is YunoJuno solving and how is that benefiting you?** YunoJuno solves the problem of finding reliable and suitable gigs that match my specific requirements, ie outside of IR35 and matches the services I offer.
