It is unbelieveably easy and I really do love that I get to avoid recruiters. **What do you dislike about YunoJuno?** I don't think there are too many dislikes.. sometimes compliance arounf IR35 can be complicated. but its relatively easy to sort. **What problems is YunoJuno solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we need to fill a role quickly, we have a full list of people to choose from. It's also easy to approve timesheets and i found the platform very practical. **What do you dislike about YunoJuno?** everytime I sign in to YJ it requires me to put in my email to receive a password. It runs surveys and awards (including one that I've once won!). It supports agency solutions including software to help run freelancer operations for the big marketing groups like WPP and IPG. That also means it's good to be a freelancer that is on the software's connected 'marketplace', so there are opportunities to work with cool and interesting brand and agency projects. The connected system means you get paid quickly without having to chase finance departments. I've worked for a few brands through YunoJuno and even worked for them on a project, so I can be confident that they are the real deal.
