Therefore, they are able to support you not only with the tools but also with your innovation system, so that it is as effective as possible. This system can then be easily implemented on the platform, Yumana, which is fully customizable. **What do you dislike about Yumana?** I have no criticism to make regarding Yumana. They provided everything they were contractually obligated to and even more. On the technical aspects, the platform did not natively integrate artificial intelligence at the beginning of the project in 2024, but six months later, AI had been fully integrated into the tool. **What problems is Yumana solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Yumana platform allows for the acceleration of sharing best practices and feedback among multiple subsidiaries located in different countries. Thanks to linguistic capabilities and artificial intelligence, this sharing is greatly facilitated. Furthermore, the platform allows for the integration of animation features that make the tool lively and thus regularly used by employees. It therefore ensures the performance of the innovation function within the company and even becomes its backbone. ### 2. We use the platform throughout the year, so it is very convenient to be able to quickly find a project and check the latest exchanges with the project owner. The middle office too because it allow our pilots to review the projects and follow the projects we decide to support. On my side, the back office gives me a more global view of the program, i can see what is moving forward and retrieve the data without having to check seeral file or ask different people. **What do you dislike about Yumana?** To be honest, nothing that wasn't fixed quickly. **What problems is Yumana solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to find all the projects submitted during the uear, follow the ones we support, speak with the project owners and see how each project is progressing. It is also useful for looking back at previous years and compare the data. ### 3. What we appreciate is their ability to quickly fix bugs and genuinely consider clients' requests for platform development in a co-construction approach. **What do you dislike about Yumana?** The review writing assistant only offers one possible rephrasing without the possibility of rephrasing it a second time by the AI. **What problems is Yumana solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yumana primarily addresses our global communication challenges.
