Therefore, they are able to support you not only with the tools but also with your innovation system, so that it is as effective as possible. This system can then be easily implemented on the platform, Yumana, which is fully customizable. **What do you dislike about Yumana?** I have no criticism to make regarding Yumana. They provided everything they were contractually obligated to and even more. On the technical aspects, the platform did not natively integrate artificial intelligence at the beginning of the project in 2024, but six months later, AI had been fully integrated into the tool. **What problems is Yumana solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Yumana platform allows for the acceleration of sharing best practices and feedback among multiple subsidiaries located in different countries. Thanks to linguistic capabilities and artificial intelligence, this sharing is greatly facilitated. Furthermore, the platform allows for the integration of animation features that make the tool lively and thus regularly used by employees. It therefore ensures the performance of the innovation function within the company and even becomes its backbone. ### 2.
