I like how versatile the app is with the activities that is offered. They help me to stay active on a daily basis and also exercise my mind. I also really enjoy the vouchers that are offered and like that I have a variety of places that I can redeem my coins. I currently don't have any downsides to YuLife. The only thing I can mention is that they changes the coin reward system on the activities which means if there is a meditation I want to do in the morning and again at the evening I do not gain as many coins the second time around. Is given the staff access to the mental health option which is quite a popular issue amongst some of the team at the moment, as well as a GP access, as appointments are hard to get. I think its a great app. The only thing missing is i want to see a total step count end of month, atm i have to go in and manually add each day together. The app is an excellent tool for encouraging colleagues to develop healthy daily habits like walking and meditation. By introducing a sense of competition in the workplace, it motivates everyone to push themselves further. The app is easy to use and offers rewards for consistent engagement. I've noticed that some colleagues started with small goals, but over time, they've greatly increased their daily step counts to make the most of the financial incentives. One colleague even attributes their journey from being inactive to training for a marathon in 2026 to YuLife! The customer support is outstanding—it truly feels like speaking with a member of our own team during our monthly update calls. YuLife plays a significant part in our overall wellbeing strategy. What do you dislike about yulife? the most points I gather personally are via stepping. But it seems unfair that the most points can be gathered by doing the longer walks. Whilst that is fine for me, it means committing to 4 times half hour walks and that's not always possible. And not fair on people who can't manage 2 hours of walking a day. Sometime the app glitches also. I like that you can get points daily now by doing the the daily check in but I find the lengthy questions now a bit inconvenient as you can' t do it quickly and it is repetitive. I have received the same feedback on both of the above from my colleagues. My company constantly provides positive feedback about feeling rewarded for activities like meditation or walking a set number of steps, which motivates them to do more. It feels really engaging and interactive, and I feel it pushes me to want to do more as well. The onboarding process was excellent and really easy; it was a smooth experience. The portal is amazing, with a super easy dashboard that makes managing everything a breeze. Whenever we have starters or leavers, adding or removing them is quick and simple. The only negative I've had with Yulife is that there are no food outlets in the rewards. People have mentioned the desire to reward themselves by taking their family out, but Yulife is focused on physical and mental wellbeing, so they don't include food outlets. I use yulife to engage remote staff through rewards for mental and physical health activities, like meditation and step challenges. It helps staff with virtual GP access and EAP, improving wellbeing and motivation; our staff love Yudoku and are always competing with one another, which is a great engagement tool. I use YuLife to track my steps and do guided stretching and yoga, which complements my resistance training. I also enjoy the healthy competition and camaraderie with colleagues through the leaderboard function, which helps me feel connected with coworkers from different offices and regions. I like the routine of challenging myself to do more, and I love the option to give to charity or save my YuCoin for an indulgent purchase like a night away in a hotel. I really appreciate YuLife for its gamifying aspect that makes it engaging for my staff. They enjoy going up levels and engaging in friendly competition, which adds a fun element to their well-being activities. This feature not only encourages their interaction with the platform but also promotes healthy habits, as they engage in activities like meditation or workouts. This engagement undoubtedly contributes positively to their overall health. Additionally, I find the availability of a GP service out of hours and access to counseling services incredibly beneficial. The competitions and point-earning mechanism also provide my staff with the option to either reward themselves or donate to charity, which is an uplifting feature. I find the repetition of the same workouts and meditations problematic. It would be beneficial if Yulife offered a variety of new workouts and meditations that were updated periodically, say every couple of months. This would help keep the staff engaged with fresh content. Additionally, I've noticed that when using Headspace within Yulife, it tends to get stuck, which is a frustrating experience as it doesn't allow for smooth use. Another significant issue is that the integration of step tracking does not work easily with other devices like Garmin, limiting the seamlessness of using Yulife alongside other health tracking tools.
