Yubigo delivers the full event lifecycle in one platform: pre-visit trip planning through an embeddable map on the fair's own website, on-grounds interactive navigation with GPS wayfinding and live schedule access, and post-event reporting with narrative insights for fair leadership and individual sponsors. Visitors arrive oriented, explore more confidently, and leave with their favorites saved for next year. For fair operators, Yubigo provides a real-time analytics dashboard, heat map visualization, and a multi-tenant content portal where staff manage vendors, sponsors, schedules, and map layers. Vendors and sponsors submit their own information through self-service forms — the fair team reviews and approves before anything goes live. Post-event reports are delivered in PDF and PowerPoint format, ready for board presentations and sponsor renewal conversations.
