The report generated gives us precise details and consumption for the different departments all the way to individual user. **What do you dislike about YSoft SAFEQ?** Installation of the print driver is somewhat tricky. I believe safeQ should have their own universal driver. The one that we use is a driver for a Ricoh that is compatible with different models. **What problems is YSoft SAFEQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem being addressed is printer related cost and carbon foot print. We had close 56 Networked printers in all our branches and 98 deskside printers. By implementing Ysoft we eliminated all deskside printers and reduced the number of networked printers. ### 4. It is also very robust. That said, as the system administrator for this product at Boeing, I really appreciate the timely and expert support we recieve both in troubleshooting and in creating non-standard customizations. Some of these customizations require recoding by Y Soft's developers. Y Soft has devoted a great deal of time and consideration to meeting and exceeding customer requirements. Included flying engineers and developers from the US and Europe to ensure that our customer is satisfied with the product. **What do you dislike about YSoft SAFEQ?** Due to the cluster architecture and distributed printing, it is sometimes tedious to troubleshoot issues. However, those desing charateristics are part of what make SafeQ 6 highly dependable. In truth, I wouldn't have put anything in this box except the survey required it. I've worked with Y Soft for nine years and SafeQ 6 is by far the best iteration of SafeQ yet. **What problems is YSoft SAFEQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** For Boeing, increased security for PII and corporate intelligence documents. With a good management of expenses of each client, on the management of cost centers / departments, good management of the embeded in the printers.
