**What do you like best about YPrime eCOA?**

The software is easy to use for staff and study subjects.  Confirmation reports are concise and prompt. Frequent updates have continued to improve usability.  Support desk is professional and knowledgeable. 

**What do you dislike about YPrime eCOA?**

Not too many issues. Password resets that have to be done so not seem to carry from the web portal to the eCOA so having to reset them again takes a little extra time. 

**Recommendations to others considering YPrime eCOA:**

It’s top notch for staff and subjects from various education levels. Highly recommended. 

**What problems is YPrime eCOA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is one of the better eDiary systems we have used. No complaints so far. I’ve used this twice in the past 2 years.
