The first one is the time that it takes to upload our talent on the platform. It takes too long and it could be much easier. The other thing I dislike is the lack of feedback from the first internal interview to the next one. Sometimes we don't have any information from the candidate's process for weeks and we have to do a lot of work and follow-up while it could be done on the platform, having status on each candidate. **What problems is YouTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving us opportunities to help clients with their IT problems and also, helping us to find the right place for our developers and collaborators. You receive an email every time there's a new need. They send an email every time there's an update and they are very responsive if you reach out with questions. **What do you dislike about YouTeam?** Clients' budgets are not that high. It would be great if Youteam could access clients with higher budgets. **What problems is YouTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generates leads for us, which sometimes is hard to do on our own.
