Integrating MuleSoft with Yousign API is user friendly as well as it contains well defined documetation for each and every integration. **What do you dislike about Yousign API?** I dont think any disadvantage, though it is a beginner friendly, it might be little bit difficult for beginners to start to integrate it freahly. I dont think its a disadvantage as for everyone new integrtaion is thuff but this is what my observation. **What problems is Yousign API solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have integrated Yousign API with MuleSoft. Here are the benefits 1. We can upload our required document and send it to group of recipients, who can further do e-signature withiut their physical presence. 2. We can also easily check the API logs on the status of our recipients which can be helpful for easy tracking and we can send rmeinder for jon-compliance easily 3. We can also send a bulk of documents to the signers simultaneously. ### 2. New clients can sned signed contracts and onboarding process is fast. **What do you dislike about Yousign API?** Freelancers find it difficult who are not expert. Sometimes they need to take print out and send us back a scanned copy. I am not sure the utilization of freelancer/less tech savvy people **What problems is Yousign API solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting signed contract and integration with all company based tools/portals like HRIS , CRM make it easy.
