# Cloning shifts/No dropdown for Shift Types!! Sent 3 messages to YV. Nothing. Not able to clone appointments. I need the DROP DOWN box of SHIFT TYPES to populate or else I will inadvertently add 3300 shifts. I tried to DELETE all shift types and not allowed, I added a NEW shift type, still DROP DOWN box doesn't populate. This is a MAJOR problem. Please help ASAP ##### Post Metadata
