I can't think of anything I dislike. I'd like the attendance to be a little different with regard to events, but think it works well on a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Breeze ChMS solving and how is that benefiting you? Less work for me as an admin in giving contact information to our deacons, pastors & elders, as they all have access now. Uploading giving is really easy and I love the the easy reports. The fact that Breeze is available online was a blessing when we were working from home during isolation these past months. I personally use the forms feature for event registration, special fundraisers, and general information collecting. It’s customizable but not overwhelming with to many confusing features. Recommendations to others considering Breeze ChMS: Because the price is inexpensive it is perfect for data management and tracking. The online giving option alone is worth the price. E-mail templates can be a little bit difficult to use. Resizing is not user friendly, copy paste from Word can sometimes result in unexpected font changes (size, color). What problems is Breeze ChMS solving and how is that benefiting you? 1) Volunteer assignment and management with reminders was significantly appreciated. 2) E-mail to our members in the age of Covid has become a welcome tool. 3) Calendar tool has been helpful. Breeze is a CRM (customer relationship management) application for freelancers and businessmen and its application is very effective for short term companies. It is one of the best CRM applications for PR managers, Designers, and Accountants and it also has a unique feature to track the activity of the projects. It is also used to track the time for the projects. Mostly, this application is used for freelancers and project managers and it is a database application that is very easy to use. Breeze is very easy to use and it can also handle the management for the big projects and it is a web-based application available for all devices like mobile phones (androids, iPhones, and IPad), desktop, MAC, and Window, etc. it can help you to add or remove the peoples from the database groups. Breeze is a good application but it does not give access to the users to download the reports of the projects in pdf forms or any other format. Breeze allows you to accomplish so many important administrative tasks while remainingly inherintly simple. As a new user, we were able to get value immediately by utilizing the most basic features. As time has passed, we have found new ways to utilize all of the incredible features to make Breeze work for our church. We even have a list of ways that we want to utilize Breeze in the future as our team gets familiar with the product. It has been a joy to grow with the product and it is exceeding our expectations! Some of them were in excell, some in google drive, and some in apple numbers. It was a technological logistical nightmare. Breeze brings all of our critical data to one location that can be accessed by everyone who needs it. It has dramatically increased the visibility of our data for our key leaders. Some of the best features of breeze is how easy it is to organize people into tags and efficiently communicate with these various groups. What do you dislike about Breeze ChMS? Breeze is only as good as the information you feed it. So once your Members information is into breeze it is great. It has increased our overall communication with the church body because of how simple it is. Breeze has also helped us keep very accurate contact information. Before breeze our various systems, child check in, contribution history, camp forms, etc. did not communicate so we had a lot of information in a lot of places. It's not so much what I dislike as it is features I'd like to add... such as an email relay for a prayer chain subscriptions where I can control who can and can not post emails. This is important for me as a volunteer with a full time job and a family. I can log in from anywhere to manage or even answer questions from church members. I wish the email feature was more robust or integrated with my personal Gmail. The email window only allows about 13 lines of text before the enter key no longer returns. We no longer have to keep multiple systems updated. We are becoming more organized and aware of who is in our congregation and their level of involvement. We are fairly new to Breeze so we are still learning all the benefits. Some of the most daunting tasks are simplified either by the excellent customer service or through the excellent help videos and faqs. EXTREME flexibility about the data you collect from your people. The same is true about forms creation. Text to give couldn't be more seamless as is the online contribution settings, batch creation, etc. Creation of as many funds and types of funds so that you can discern where you're money is coming from. Needs more options for members in their personal profile as to what info they want revealed in an online directory. The method for the public to create their own profile isn't easy. Communications within teams and for events. The accumulation of helpful demographic information so we can hone what we offer to the population we serve. The app, definitely loving the app for our leaders so they can do what they need to do from anywhere, including a group text to say they're running late.
