It does not do all the accounting stuff, but what it is supposed to do is so good. We tested several companies, and none came close to this. The user interface for Breeze is exceptionally easy to use and the program has a lot of functionality as well. I especially like the interface to Mail Chimp, the ability to accept credit cards and e-checks, the forms creation capability, the built in security and the ability to easily extend the database. It's incredibly easy to use in conjunction with QuickBooks. Breeze had made my job so much easier over the past few years. Breeze has a true relational database which has allowed our organization to move from spreadsheets to an integrated solution for keeping all our information in one place, with no duplicate data. It has made communicating with our congregation easy and professional. It has made our financial records so much easier to use and more complete. The forms function has made it way easier to register people for events. My frustration level as a volunteer bookkeeper and IT person has gone down significantly. The tagging architecture is easy to use and incredibly effective for organizing, filtering, and interacting with your database. What problems is Breeze ChMS solving and how is that benefiting you? The most crucial feature is the capability to communicate with complex segments of our database based upon our system of tags. Breeze's tagging architecture makes this incredibly easy and efficient. Online giving with Breeze also makes it possible for our donors to set up recurring donations easily. Have not found anything I dislike. - the only thing I would add is an easier way to identify visitors to the services, that we do not know names for, but we have pictures of them. The same affordable price no matter how many people you enter into the database. Helpful "how to" articles and videos. Excellent customer support. We use Breeze for children's ministry check-in, online church directory (can print directories also), visitor and member contact information database, and contributions tracker. I particularly like that I can create registration, RSVP, and volunteer forms, which can be posted on the church's website and emailed to the congregation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
