Breeze is easy, intuitive, and so expert at managing calendars and groups (tags) on the database. It's secure and we've had no issues with data breaches or privacy issues in the almost 5 years we've used Breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Breeze ChMS? I wish the cost was about 25% less. For small congregations, it's a bit steep. One of the benefits is the great service we get from their employees, so I try to look away from the bill. We are slow to get everyone involved and using Breeze. We have some older members who are at ease with tech but most of our older parishioners don't think to use Breeze. I wish they would! What do you dislike about Breeze ChMS? As with any software, we have had to find workarounds to do some of the tasks we want to accomplish. I must admit, Breeze has been the best for finding workarounds for those few things. Between their tech support services and their users' forums, we have found solutions for almost every desire. Breeze has been a great asset to our church. It was so easy to import our church contacts (Breeze employees will do that for you). The program responds quickly to changes made and adding tags allows you to track participation easily. I received a quick response to any questions I posed and answers were easy to understand. For the first time, our church is able to do online giving and this is done through our Breeze account. Did I mention how inexpensive the program is? We have been with Breeze for a couple of years and we could not be happier! We are able to keep up with all members i.e. existing, new, inactive, and deceased. We are better able to track and keep up with our Sunday School attendance, tithes & offerings, and special event attendance. Just when we think it can't be a better company they are always coming up with ways to make our lives easier and more efficient. The cost is amazing and we are very thankful for Breeze. It is very easy to learn and to use as a way to keep track of & communicate with all of our members, regular attenders, and visitors. I love how we can make church directories and many other smaller information packets with church members' information. The Breeze app is very helpful to have with you wherever you go! The event calendar is easy to use and update. It also works with our church website, so we can post it there. I like the weekly emails that have pertinent information for whatever churches may be going through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Breeze ChMS? Nothing really. As with any church database, there are too many options to choose from, and I don't have time to check them all out and see if we could benefit from them. That is not really a thing to dislike. We are getting more and more of our congregation signed up to use Breeze for their own benefit which has been great. That means less phone calls to the office for a phone number or address! We also are able to group people by Tags which makes it easy to send out group emails. I can send out church-wide emails in one group rather than three which we had to do before. It also let's me know if any emails didn't not go through and why. It's a great way to keep track of birthdays and anniversaries. The deacons have really liked using Breeze for our giving records.
