YourBooks moves your books across with you (full history, chart of accounts kept or mapped, trial-balance sign-off before anything commits) and keeps them clean and current: forwarded receipts and bills are read, booked and matched, bank lines are reconciled, and the general ledger, P&L and balance sheet are readable any day. Your corporate secretary stays; only the bookkeeping moves. The ledger feeds the YourCFO forecast on the same platform, which runs a revenue engine matched to your business model (B2B/SaaS, consumer tech, consumer products, manufacturing) and ties decisions such as hires and campaigns to revenue, cost, cash and runway, with scenarios and variance against actuals. A weekly summary shows the work done on your books and the decisions that need you. YourBooks handles GST and SST in your books; it does not file returns or calculate income tax or payroll taxes.
