Lack of consistency between web and app design. **What problems is YouMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** None really. When it works sending voice to text to email is nice because it can be forwarded. ### 3. A lot of the things that I love come with the steep subscription Plus plan, which is the next tier up from basic/free. You're able to determine the level of spam blocking protection, including who or under what circumstances they may leave a voicemail. You can block spam texts and mark them as spam right from your text messages. I love that you can star important voicemails, so if you listened to it but didn't have a chance to respond, you can go back to it very quickly and easily, especially when the messages are typed out in print as well. **What do you dislike about YouMail?** For the version that is one step up from basic (which does not provide anything different than your standard voicemail box), it is costly for ONE user. For the Non-Business, just Plus plan for One person is $7.99/mo or $79.99/year. That's more expensive than Microsoft 365 monthly! **What problems is YouMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm terrible at emptying my voicemails, as I also save specific ones for specific purposes in the future. It helps solve the problem of choosing which voicemails to delete or not.
