Just recently onboarded to the platform specifically for CPG / QSR usage, I think it does a great job of longitudinally tracking consumer segments with regard to our brand, as well as seeing how it matches to some of our competitors. The filter feature gives us segment targeting granularity we aren't always able to get in our own marketing campaigns due to data limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Limitations in data granularity - the brand level doesn't always give us what we need within our sector (Food + Beverage) and the platform can be clunky in its visualizations, especially if you're trying to look at multi graphs.
