# YouDeserve Reviews & Product Details

YouDeserve is a solution that increases employee engagement, through professional recognition, which occurs cyclically, thus generating intrinsic motivation - being the will to do something and add up. This concept is based on the methodology of Merit Money, Management 3.0. In our solution, employees recognize each other through a digital currency, combine them and exchange them in a rewards store, either personalized rewards by the company, or more than 300 digital rewards options provided by YouDeserve itself, where the customer just enters their credits, which employees can recover as rewards. The solution is indicated for companies with more than 20 employees, that want to create a culture of recognition and rewards in the company, or which are looking for a differentiated and gamified way of offering more than 300 benefits to their employees in Brazil (international rewards coming soon).
