What do you like best about Yotpo?

i like how easy it is to moderate reviews when they come in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

i don't like all the limits on the number of reviews. also, when i try to troubleshoot something, they refer me to a sales person who doesnt understand my needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

The review carousel is a great addition to my website. The interface of the app is clear and easy to use. A great tool for gathering real customer reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

There is no mid/low-level package options. Just free, then a $70 PM option. The free doesnt cover enough sales for me, but the $70 is too much of an expensive for me at the moment. It'd be good if there was a mid level option at say $25 PM which offered more than free but less than the $70. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All the basic functionality is there, but anything outside of that narrow scope is difficult. No added frills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sales staff sold us on some features that the onboarding staff does not know about. Going on week three and still no resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
